简支转连续斜梁桥静力性能分析

【摘要】 随着国内高等级公路和城市交通立体化的发展,近年来斜梁桥在城市线路设计中的应用增多。另一方面,对于中、小跨径桥梁和大跨度桥梁的引桥建设,采用简支转连续施工的预应力混凝土桥由于其施工方便、造价低、工期短,是近年来普遍采用的主要结构型式之一。但是,斜桥和直桥在力学性能上有很大的不同,且对于斜桥简支转连续的施工方法,理论上并不成熟,对于后连续段的配筋、浇筑方式、浇筑顺序以及负弯矩区预应力的布置方式和张拉顺序都没有统一的标准。本文从分析多箱式斜梁桥的结构力学特点着手,研究并优化现浇连续段各参数的设置,对于优化设计和施工,避免裂缝的开展,提高现有桥梁的设计水平、加强养护管理具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。应用梁格理论对斜梁进行数值模拟计算,从理论上对单跨斜支承单梁和连续斜支承单梁的内力进行分析。本文通过桥梁专用软件Midas Civil来实现建模,分析斜度和弯扭刚度比这两个因素对斜桥内力和反力分布的影响与规律,并结合某一工程实例,对其施工过程进行模拟,分析简支转连续体系转换前后应力的变化趋势,以及对分别改变施工工序、负弯矩预应力筋的布置方式及长度设置的情况进行模拟计算,与原结构的应力分布进行比较分析,并给出一些优化的建议。

【Abstract】 As development of the internal high-class road and city communication. Application of skew girder bridge improving in the design of city line in the last few years. In another hand, because of the convenient construction, low cost and short construction period, the method, which transforming from simple supported system into continuous system, is one of the main types in construction of small-medium span bridge and approach of large span bridge. But it is great different in mechanical performance of right and skew bridge. Concerning the method for transforming from simple supported system into continuous system, the theory is not mature. And it has not formed a uniform standard in reinforcing steel setting for cast-in-site connecting section, cast-in-site method, cast-in-site order, setting for prestressed steel of negative bending moment and tension order. This dissertation analyses mechanics behaviors of box-girder skew bridge and researches to find the optimal setting for cast-in-site connecting section.Internal force and deformation in single-span skew girder and continuous skew girder are analyzed from theory. Skew girder bridge is simulated numerically and calculated with grillage theory. In this dissertation, the bridge model is built with bridge professional program Midas Civil to analyse the effect and rule of skew angle and ratio of bending-torsion stiffness to the internal force and reacting force in skew girder bridge. Reference to some a actual skew bridge, which was transformed from simple supported system into continuous structure, the constructing courses is simulated to analyse stress changement before and after system transformation. And some conditions, such as different constructing procedure, setting and length for prestressed steel of negative bending moment, are simulated and calculated and analysed. Some suggestions about optimization are given as well.
