机动车违法处理系统设计

【摘要】 交通事故的发生率和每年因交通事故死亡人数非常惊人,其中的重要原因之一就是机动车驾驶员在交警视线之外违法驾驶的情况非常普遍。违法抓拍系统的使用,实现了对城市道路全天候、大范围的管理要求,同时,为交警执法提供了清晰的图像证据,提高了管理水平,减少了因交通事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,间接的创造了巨大的经济价值。本次设计的机动车违法处理系统是违法抓拍系统的一个后台子系统。它提供了强大的查询、统计和交通违法处罚功能,能够和违法抓拍系统良好对接,处理包括电子警察、卡口、视频监控在内的各种类型的违法证据,从而促使广大驾驶员不敢随意违法,既保障了交通安全,减轻了民警的劳动强度,又解放了大量的警力用于处置突发事件。机动车违法处理系统作为智能交通管理重要组成部分,通过对交通违法信息的管理和全程监控,可以极大地提高交通管理能力。目前在国内外的交通管理部门已经得到了广泛的应用。但是从总体上看,目前国内的交通违法管理信息系统信息共享有限,难以实现数据一体化处理,对于违法的主体一司机,没有一个交互的接口。由于机动车违法处理系统在网络环境下研制,开发规模较大,难度和复杂度较高,因此开发出能和智能交通管理其他部分有机结合的基于Internet的交通违法处理信息系统的成功案例不多。正是在这种现状下,我们展开了相应的研究设计。本文以海信智能交通管理系统的研究和设计为目标,以现有成熟的软件开发方法和规模为基础,研究开发了一套以Oracle数据库为后台、基于B/S结构的机动车违法处理系统,并为今后的系统升级和扩展与预留了足够的资源与接口。本文的主要工作包括:通过实践比较和理论分析,结合系统的研究背景,提出了一个合理的软件开发方法——基于UML的面向对象设计,保证了软件模型的相对标准,同时为系统的合理结构提供了保证。以机动车违法处理系统这一后台子系统为切入点,深入研究了基于web的违法处理系统的整体架构设计。利用.net开发平台,基于C#语言,了解了Web开发技术。研究了数据库建模的方法与流程,利用ADO.net技术实现对后台数据的存储操作。本文对国内智能交通领域内的违法处理系统研究有一定的参考价值,对于研究基于B/S结构的系统开发有一定的实际意义。
【Abstract】 The incidence of traffic accidents and the number of deaths each year due to traffic accidents is very alarming, which is one of the important causes in the police vehicle driver driving offence outside the line of sight of the very common. Illegal capture the use of the system to achieve all-weather road on the city, the scope of the regulatory requirements, while providing law enforcement for the police a clear picture of evidence to enhance the management level, a decrease of traffic accidents caused by human casualties and property losses, indirectly created tremendous economic value. The design of the motor vehicle law it is an offence to capture processing system a system of background subsystem. It provides a powerful query, statistics and transport illegal punishment function, and the law can capture good docking systems, including electronic processing police, mount, video surveillance, the types of evidence law, thus contributing to the vast numbers of drivers not random illegal, not only protect the safety and reduce the labor intensity of the civilian police, and the liberation of a large number of police for handling emergencies.Motor vehicle law dealing with intelligent traffic management system as an important component of the adoption of the law on traffic information management and monitoring during the entire process can greatly improve traffic management capabilities. At present in the domestic and international traffic management sector has been widely used. But from an overall perspective, the current domestic traffic offence management information system limited information sharing, it is difficult to achieve integration of data processing, the mainstay of the law - drivers, not an interactive interface. Since motor vehicle law system in the network environment research and development is large in size, high degree of difficulty and complexity, and therefore developed a smart traffic management to other parts of the organic combination of Internet-based traffic information system of law dealing with little success stories. It is in this situation, we have embarked on the research and design accordingly.This paper Hisense intelligent traffic management system for the research and design of the objectives and the existing maturity of software development methods and scale-based, research and development, a background in Oracle database, based on the B / S structure of the law dealing with motor vehicle systems, as well as future system upgrades and expansion and set aside adequate resources and interface.The main work includes:Through practice and theory of comparative analysis with the system ofbackground, to a reasonable method of software development - UML-basedobject-oriented design to ensure the relative standard software model, therational structure of the system provided a guarantee.Motor vehicle law to deal with this background subsystem for the systementry points, in-depth study of the web-based illegal processing system as awhole architecture design.Use. Net development platform, based on the C # language, understandingof the development of Web technology.On the database modeling methods and processes, the use of the technologybackground ADO.net data storage operations.This article on domestic have a certain value in the field of intelligent transportation system, based on the B / S structure of the system development has some practical significance.
