【摘要】 随着城市的发展和居民消费观念的改变,厨具和电器的改进,现代厨房已不仅仅是满足做饭的功能,高效率、节省空间、美观舒适、环保、功能多等都成为现代人对厨房的新要求。由于厨房功能众多,设备复杂,而面积相对狭小,非常需要合理地规划设计以达到最优化的使用效果,整体厨房便顺势而生。整体厨房规划相对较为合理,使用方便,并且最大限度的扩大储藏空间。整体厨房已经成为当今住宅厨房发展的主要趋势。产品系统设计是将系统的思想运用到产品设计中,以系统的方法论指导产品设计。住宅整体厨房作为一个功能相对复杂的产品,涉及的范围和要求比较复杂。因此将它作为系统进行设计研究,用产品系统设计得思想加以指导,使非常有必要的。文章在讨论现存厨房设计缺点和不足的基础上,以住宅整体厨房为研究对象,结合中国饮食文化,以产品系统设计的方法论并结合其他相关理论进行研究探讨。主要从功能要素、人机要素、产品形象要素、社会人文要素这几个方面进行分析探讨。对影响住宅整体厨房设计的因素进行了系统的介绍和研究,分析了影响住宅整体厨房的设计因素,并提出相应的设计原则。具体表现在:一、建立了功能系统图并对功能分区、布置形式进行了研究。二、对厨房操作的流程、厨房家具、家电以及它们之间的匹配进行了人机分析。三、从形态、色彩、质感几个方面对产品形象要素进行探讨。四、从社会审美流、功能价值观、区域文化几个方面对影响住宅整体厨房的社会人文要素进行了研究。对住宅整体厨房的发展趋势进行研究,为整体厨房的发展提供依据。本文通过对海尔整体厨房的案例分析,探讨了在当今社会整体厨房产品的最终形成,设计仅仅是其中一个方面,还需要以标准为基础、以技术为支持、以服务为保证。本文有助于设计者真正把握系统设计的目的和方法,培养正确的设计思路,丰富住宅整体厨房的内涵,满足人们改善居住条件和居住环境的需求,进而提高人们的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of city, the changing of consumer concepts, the improvement of kitchenware and electric appliance, modern kitchen cooking is not only to meet the cooking function, Efficient, space-saving, beautiful and comfortable, environmental protection, have all become the new demands of the kitchen. Because the kitchen features many functions, large complex equipment, and relatively small area, it is a great need for rational planning and designing to achieve optimal, we took advantage of the opportunity as kitchen unit for housing. Kitchen unit for housing is designed relatively reasonable, easy-to-use, and maximize the expansion of storage space. Overall kitchen unit for housing has become the main trend of the development of the kitchen.Systematic design of product is the idea of using the system to the product design, a methodology to guide product design. As a function relatively sophisticated products, the scope and requirements of kitchen unit for housing are more complicated. Therefore it is very necessary to research as a system, and guided by the thinking of product system design.The article discusses the defects of existing kitchen design and studies the kitchen unit for housing. Combination the Chinese food culture, study by the methodology of product system design and other relevant theory. It is mainly analysis from the functional elements, man-machine element, product identity elements, and social and human element. It is system introduced and researched to the elements, analysis the impact of residential kitchen design, and corresponding to the design principles. Specifically in the following ways: First, establish the chart of functional system and study the function division and Layout form. Second, man-machine analysis to arrangement forms, kitchen furniture, kitchen electrical household appliances, and the matching between them. Third, discuss the product identity elements from the shape, color and texture. Forth, introduce the social and human element from trend f social aesthetic, function values and regional culture.Study the trend of kitchen unit for housing developing. By researching the Haier kitchen unit for housing, discuss the eventual formation of kitchen unit now, design is only one aspect , also there are standards-based technology-supported and services -guaranteed.This article will help designers truly grasp the purpose and methods of system design, cultivate the right design ideas, enrich the connotation of kitchen unit for housing, improve the living conditions and living environment of the people, and improve people’s quality of life.更多还原
