用电现场服务系统及其远程升级方案的研究

【摘要】 用电现场服务系统的目的是应用现代计算机技术和数字无线移动通讯技术对用电需求侧实现远程实时监控,并对综合性实时信息进行采集、分析和处理,以提高电网运行的经济性、安全性、投资效益以及电网管理的自动化水平。用电管理是电力生产供销的最后环节,也是电力工业生产和经营成果的最终体现,其工作质量直接关系到电力企业的自身形象,自身经济效益和社会效益。虽然目前终端技术发展迅速,技术也日趋成熟,但是随着对需求侧管理要求的不断提升,旧型的管理装置已经不能满足要求,新型的管理装置更加“人性化”,更多的从用户需求来考虑,不论外观、内部硬件、软件等方面都有了新的改进,模块化的设计方法使得不同用户可以根据自己的需要选择要安装的功能模块,大大提高了经济效益;同时新型的用电现场服务装置的通信方式也从早期的GSM通信方式,向230M无线电专网、GPRS公网、CDMA公网乃至3G专网的方向发展,大大提高了通讯的效率,节约通讯成本。本用电现场服务终端的设计是针对目前山东用电状况而进行的,符合山东电力集团公司用电现场服务与管理系统通讯规约。本文对用电现场服务系统的终端、通信方式、远程升级方法等做了深入的分析和研究。从实用化的角度对用电现场服务终端模块化硬件、软件设计、程序存储、通讯方式、远程升级方法等进行一些改进设想。终端采用双CPU配置,两个CPU均采用32位ARM芯片,它功能强大,应用集成度高,电磁兼容性强,工业级应用。CPU1和CPU2通过串口连接,形成完整的终端系统。通过对比几种现有可行的通信方式,最终提出以GPRS技术组网方案为最优的用电管理系统通信改进方案。终端与主站通过GPRS进行通讯,这就使得强大的实时在线的数据传输成为可能,而且信息管理中心的服务器只需要是普通的接入因特网的主机,大大节省了服务器端的开销。通讯模块优先采用SIEMENS公司的mc55模块,内嵌TCP/IP协议,AT命令接口,开发应用简单,不仅瞬间上网、时时在线、速度快,而且按流量收费。本文通过分析终端软件模块化设计的特点,提出了一种针对模块化终端的新的程序存储方法和对应的远程升级方案,详细介绍了该方案的设计与实现方法。实践证明,基于ARM的用电现场服务终端运行稳定可靠,达到了预期的效果和设计要求,有利于配电网络运行的安全性和经济性管理,同时对加强用电管理和提高电网供电质量起到了积极的作用,同时大大节约了电力能源,有效地缓解了用电压力。

【Abstract】 The service system of using electricity which apply modern computer technology and digital wireless mobile communication technology, its purpose is to achieve remote real-time monitoring, gather and analyze the all-around real time information of the demand side, in order to economy, security, investment benefit and automatic competence of the administration of power networks to improve operation of power networks. The management of using electricity is the final link of electricity production, and the final results of electric power industry production and operations. The quality of its work directly related to the self-image of electric power enterprises, their own economic and social benefits. Although the terminal technology develops greatly and more and more matured, with the requirements of the demand side management, the old management devices can no longer meet the requirements. The design of new device is more and more humanistic, and it has improved needs from respects such as appearance, hardware, software, etc., comply with early GSM communication way by new communication way at the same time, develop to 230M radio special network, GPRS common network, CDMA common network and even 3G special network, which greatly enhance the efficiency of communications, and cost communications savings.The design of this terminal aims to the status of using electricity of Shandong province, matching communication rules of using electricity service system of Shandong electric power company. This text have made deep analysis and studied of the service and manage system of using electricity, communication way, remote update idea, etc.. It imagine some improvements of the terminal, communication way, hardware and software system, etc. from the practical. The terminal adopts double CPU configure which adopt 32bits chip LPC2294. CPU1 connects to CPU2 with UART, forming integrate terminal system.Through comparing with several kinds of existing and feasible communication ways, finally put forward GPRS technological group’s network scheme as optimum load administrative system communication to improve the scheme. Terminal communicates with home site through GPRS, which makes real-time online data transmission possible and the server of information management center only demands a host computer that connects to internet, these save the spending of serve side. Communication module mc55 made by SIEMENS. TCP/IP protocol embedded in the module, AT command interface, explode application is easy, it not only connects instantaneously to internet, is ever and again on-line, speed rapid, but also charges based upon flux.By analyzing of the modular design features of the terminal software system, this paper proposes a design idea of program storage and new remote update, and details of the program design and implementation.In practice, the power energy management system based on GPRS network communication runs reliably and meets the demands of users. It is of great significance to improving the safety and economical operating level of distribution network and enhancing the energy management and power supply quality.
