大型多层共挤农膜机组的自控系统研发

【摘要】 我国是农膜生产和使用最多的国家,实际年产量超过100万吨,许多老牌企业生产能力很大,但这些企业设备落后,自动化水平低,因此提高农膜自动化设备技术,产品换代更新,成为许多老牌企业的迫切需求。我国在农膜生产设备技术方面与国外相比有很大差距,尤其是在大型化生产设备(如大型宽幅压延、大型吹塑薄膜生产设备)领域。本文在目前农膜设备大型化的发展方向引导下,针对我国大型宽幅多层复合农膜设备研发的初级阶段的现状,分析大型宽幅多层复合农膜设备的技术特点与要求,按照寿光某农膜生产厂的要求,开发了这个农膜设备的自动控制系统,以实现宽幅18米的大型宽幅复合薄膜的生产制备,以提高我国农膜设备的自动化水平。该设备的研发,是通过对大型多层共挤农膜机组的温度采集方式、温度控制方法、温度控制过程的研究,选用新型双CPU引擎的CJ1G高级带回路控制的PLC,利用其顺序控制与回路控制无缝结合,模块化的回路控制编程方式,处理速度快,处理大型过程控制专用的特点,解决该设备多达60路的复杂温控的快速处理问题。对于该设备的远程控制,通过研究系统特点,采取DEVICENET现场工业总线控制方式对远程温度信号采集与控制,解决60路温度信号和控制信号约100米距离的信号采集问题,节省配线,可靠性高;采用10.4英寸真彩色触摸屏作为控制、调试、监控界面。开发出的大型宽幅复合薄膜设备,经过实际生产验证,生产效果好,精度可控制在±0.1℃左右,可靠性、抗干扰能力高,得到用户认可。该设备的研发解决了使用工控机进行控制的程序复杂,可靠性差的缺点,又解决了普通PLC处理速度慢,控制简单的缺点。该控制系统的开发成功,能够实现采用PLC来开发大型宽幅复合薄膜设备的可能性,编程简单,易于理解,能够为我国大型农膜生产设备的开发提供新思路,新方法,从而为丰富农膜设备的产品种类,进一步缩小与国外设备的差距,避免国外设备垄断,为提高产品生产能力和品质做出一些贡献。

【Abstract】 Farming theca is the mostly produced and employed in our China. Our yearly practical output exceeds 1000,000 tons. Although our mantling acreage occupies the first place of the world and many traditional brand corporations have great throughput, yet their equipments are greatly aging and far drop behind because of low automatization, low precise, low ability of producing new-type farming theca which possesses various functions and few finished product in breed and output. Therefore, farming theca automatic equipment technique should be graded and production update lifted, which is the instance demand for many traditional and significant corporation. There is a long way to go if our farm theca production equipments technique can catch up with those abroad, especially in the field of large-scale production equipment ( such as large breadth pressing extension, and large blow plastic theca production equipments). With the development of these fairly prevalent theca equipments and the help of the most advanced automatization and procedure monitor production and technique, the paper deals with developing new and large modern equipment automatization system, aiming to realize the preparation of large breadth pellicular with the width of more than 18 meters and upgrade the farming theca equipment automatization of our country.This equipment chooses the mostly new-type CJ1G series’ loop monitor PLC of in Japan, which has quick disposal system, agile temperature signal collection and management can be completed by the adoption of prevalent DEVICE NET locale industry routine management of the world, which is reliable and can save layout with long-distance transmission. Besides, 10.4 inch clearly multicolor touch screen is used to command, debug and supervise interface. With the help of advanced monitor system and technique abroad which can be stocked home, the successful exploitation of this system offers the possibility of exploiting our country’s large-type farming theca equipments and new ideas and methods of exploiting production equipments, which can enrich the breed of farming theca equipments and shorten the gap between equipments abroad and those home. This equipments used to use industry computer, which were difficult to design. While common PLC could not as fast as computer in loop control, they only could do a little simple control. It can even avoid monopoly from equipments abroad and heighten productive ability and make a certain contributions to production quality.
