【摘要】 随着网络技术和用户需求的发展,“互联网”的概念和内涵已经并且继续突破传统意义上基于PC的模式,向多样化终端、多手段接入、多媒体应用的下一代网络(NGN)演进,而整个系统优化的结果将导致应用和网络日趋紧密的结合。这种网络架构的变革将对电信运营商的运营模式产生深刻的影响,一种可能的结果是:运营商将成立专门的、面向内容应用的运营部门,统一运营应用层“业务”,并与相应的固话网、宽带网、移动网等业务网络运营部门紧密结合,向客户提供完整的综合信息服务。中国移动门户网站也是应势而生。既汲取了国外的成功经验又在实际应用中融合了中国客户的消费特点和服务需求。本文首先描述了国内外电信业发展现状,通过借鉴国外电信业互连网服务的运营模式和理念,成功的拓展该业务所获得的巨大的成功和收益,国内的发展需求以及信息世界互连网发展的大趋势,讨论其建设背景。然后从网上营业厅所依附的BOSS系统的产品建设背景和BOSS系统的整体架构入手,分析了对网上营业厅的需求,讨论了它的设计目标。之后,详细说明了网上营业厅重点和典型功能的详细设计和前台业务逻辑处理以及功能实现;最后浅谈了网上营厅的架构设计,包括系统框架和功能模块划分;并通过讨论主要模块详细设计的安全问题和关键问题的解决方案,并描述了系统的实现。本文的工作已经在中国移动广西分公司得到了实际应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of networking technology and the user requirements, "the Internet World Wide Web" already have continued to break through in the traditional significance based on the PC pattern, goes deep into the next generation network with diverse-terminal, multi-method access, multimedia application, but the whole system optimized results will cause the connection between application and the network closer and closer. This kind transformation will have the profound influences to the running mode of China Internet Service Provider. one of possible results will be: The Internet Service Provider will establish a special, face to the content-application operation department, for the perpose of unified running application layer "business", more solid connection with the landline network, ADSL and the Mobile network and so on, will provide the integrity and comprehensive information services to the customers. On the background of the overseas successful experiences and the users requirements in China, China Mobile gateway website has been raised up.At first, the author mainly described the present situation of China and foreign telecom, learning the advanced running pattern and ideas, the huge successes and the profits by carrying on the services, the major tendency of development demand in China and abroad, as well as the information world, discussed constructive background of the On-line Business Hall. On second, take the beginning of the system named Boss which is the On-line Business Hall based on, it’s products building background and overall structure, analysised it’s requirements and designing objevtives, then introducted it’s structural designing including system structure and function aparts in detail, at the same, by describing the designings and implementations of major and typical aparts. At last, introducted the Business Hall’s safty problems and the solutions for important problems, as well, the system implementation was mentioned.
