【摘要】 城市化是在空间体系下的一种经济转换过程,人口和经济之所以向城市集中是集聚经济和规模经济作用的结果。经济增长必然带来城市化水平的提高,而城市化水平的提高无疑又加速经济增长。油田开发40年、建市20年的大庆,正面临着跨世纪可持续发展的挑战,40年来,大庆所走过的是一条特殊的城市化道路。随着社会经济结构的不断发展变化,大庆的城市化进程已步入一个新的时期。健康、有序的城市化道路是大庆市实现可持续发展的重要保障,更是大庆市迎接跨世纪挑战的必然选择。本文从历史和发展的观点剖析大庆市城市化进程的规律,选择合理化的城市化道路是大庆市可持续发展战略实施的重要保障。回顾大庆市城市化发展的历史和现实,总结大庆市城市化特征,分析影响城市化的各种因素。在以上分析的基础上,本文详尽的阐述了大庆市城市化发展的机制和城市化进程的发展原则,并通过平均增长率法、增长数法和时间相关分析法对城市化发展趋势进行预测。继而得出大庆市城市化发展的对策。本文在科学总结和预测大庆市城市化发展进程规律的基础上,根据大庆市城市化发展的内在机制,制定出大庆市城市化合理的发展速度和各阶段的发展目标以及促进这些目标实现的措施,为制定合理的宏观发展政策提供可操作的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urbanization is a kind of economic transfer process under the space system, population and economy gather to the city centralism under the function of large-scale production . The economic growth brings the improvement of the urbanization level, and the improvement of urbanization level undoubtedly accelerates the economic growth again.The oil-field development 40 years, construct city 20 year of Daqing, are facing the cross-century sustainable development challenge, what for 40 years, Daqing passes through a special urbanized path. Along with the socio-economic structures unceasing development change, Daqing’s urbanized advancement marched into a new time. The health, the order urbanized path is Daqing realizes the sustainable development safeguard, is Daqing meets the cross-century challenge the inevitably choice.This article analyzes Daqing urbanization advancement from historical and the development viewpoint, the choice of rationalization urbanized path is the Daqing sustainable development safeguard. Reviews the history and reality, summarizes Daqing urbanization characteristic, analysis influence urbanization each kind of factor.In above analysis foundation, this article exhaustive elaboration the mechanism and principle of Daqing urbanization development, and through the average growth rate law, the growth number law and the time correlation analytic method carried on the forecast to the urbanization trend of development.
