咪唑啉类油田注水缓蚀剂的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 我国油田主要采用注水开发的方式。注入水通常是采出液中分离的油田污水。由于油田污水水质复杂,不同程度的溶解了硫化氢、二氧化碳、氧气等腐蚀介质,回注过程中易导致设备和管线腐蚀,影响油田正常生产。通过加入油田注水缓蚀剂可以防止腐蚀的发生。本文针对油田生产实际需要,选取咪唑啉及其衍生物作为研究方向,通过改性,使其适用于油田注水开采系统。采用溶剂法合成一类咪唑啉化合物,并在咪唑啉化合物的杂环氮上再接一亲水基团,使其成为咪唑啉季铵化衍生物,增强了该类化合物的水溶性。用红外光谱对咪唑啉及其衍生物进行了特征基团结构的表征。用失重法和稳态极化曲线法对复配后的咪唑啉类缓蚀剂进行了多种条件的实验评价,测定该产品的缓蚀性能。通过失重法和稳态极化曲线法的分析结果,提出了本文合成咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理:吸附机理和抑制酸性腐蚀机理。根据油田注水缓蚀剂的实际应用需求,系统考察了温度、硫化氢浓度、二氧化碳浓度、氧气、静态和动态等条件下,本文所合成的咪唑啉类缓蚀剂对A3钢的缓蚀性能。

【Abstract】 Reinjection water development is used widely in Chinese oilfield.Usually reinjection water is sewage spearated from oilfield produced liquid. It contains multiple ingredient such as H2S, CO2, O2 and other corrosion medium, which result in metal corrosion of equipment and pipeline. The phenomenon affected usual oilfield production. An effective way to inhibit metal corrosion is using corrosion inhibitor used in oilfield reinjection water. In this paper, the synthesis of imidazolines and their derivatives was researched in order to apply them in oilfield reinjection water production system according to practical demand in oilfield production.Firstly, the kind of imidazoline compound was synthesized by the method of solvent-dewatering. Secondly, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring was connected with a hydrophilic group in the structure of imidazoline compound, which turn into imidazoline quaternary and enforce water-solubility of the imidazoline compound.The characteristic structures of imidazoline compound and its derivatives were indentified by way of infrared absorption spectrum.The corrosion inhibition effects of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor were evaluated in different experimental conditions by means of weight loss and polarization technique. According to the experimental results of weight loss and polarization technique, the inhibition mechanisms were adsorption mechanism and the mechanism of inhibition of acid corrosion.In order to apply the corrosion inhibitor in oilfield production,the corrosion inhibition effects of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor used for A3 steel were tested in different conditions such as temperature, H2S concentration, CO2 concentration, O2, stable and dynamic condition.
