【摘要】 人类社会己进入信息时代。信息技术的迅速发展加快了医药企业的现代化与信息化的进程。计算机技术与管理科学的结合促进了现代医药企业管理技术的形成。现代医药企业管理的目的是通过先进的管理模式与计算机信息系统支持企业全面地、合理地管理经营与生产,通过企业资源的合理规划,最大限度地发挥现有设备、资源、人、技术的作用,最大限度地产生企业经济效益。本文从医药商业企业的经营管理需求出发,以T集团为蓝本制订了一套完整的ERP解决方案。对医药行业在信息化建设中值得注意的重点问题进行较为深入的探讨。全文共分五部分。其中,第一章为绪论,给出全文的总体梗概以及本课题的研究意义和目的;第二章为ERP相关技术研究,介绍了ERP相关理论的概念、特点与意义;第三章是本文的重点,根据T集团现状为其制定一套完整的ERP解决方案;第四章则是针对T集团ERP实施效果进行分析研究,通过一系列的数据对比反映出ERP系统实施后T集团运营状况、管理水平等方面的改进;第五章是结论,从T集团ERP项目实施中得出的一些经验和教训。通过对T集团ERP系统的设计与实施,对企业资源进行了充分整合,对业务流程进行了大量重组,极大的提高了企业的流程效率,增强了企业对市场的反应能力,提高了企业的核心竞争力。本文理论结合实际,在实践中发现问题,经过分析,提出对问题的解决方案,具有现实意义。有利于提升商业行业ERP系统的实施效果,提高管理水平,对其他相关企业ERP项目实施具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today’s world is an information society.The rapid progress of information technology advances the process of the modernization and information of the pharmacy enterprises.The combination of the computer technology and management science pushes the application of the management technology in the modern pharmacy enterprises.By using advanced management model and computer information system, the management technology supports the enterprises to manage the businesses properly.With the help of the management technology to arrange the resources properly,the enterprises can exert the equipments,material sources,human resource and technology to the most extent and gain the most benefits.This paper is a integrity ERP solution which is based on the Group T according to the pharmacy enterprises manage requirement and deeply discuss the most importmant problem during the process of IT completion.It includes 5 portions: part 1 is a summary which identify the purpose and meanings; part 2 is the theorical study about ERP which is introduce the concept and features; part 3 designs an overall ERP solution accoding to the actuality of Group T; part 4 is analyse the accomplish of ERP which contrast a series data to reflect the operation status and management level; part 5 is the conclusion which proposes some suggestions.The company improves the operation efficiency, the efficiency of the information flow in the business operation, the reaction to the market, the core competence through the implement of ERP system.This paper combine the theory and practice, and brings forward the solution after find the problem and make analyse which is better to improve the implement effection ,improve the management capability ,meanwhile also give good suggestions to the other ERP project.更多还原
