薄铜管高速焊接及轧纹成型控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 射频同轴电缆的皱纹铜管外导体由0.2~0.4mm铜带经卷管成型、焊接、轧纹等几道工序形成,在分析薄铜管焊接和轧纹容易发生的问题和解决措施的基础上,研制了薄铜管高速焊接及轧纹成型控制系统。该系统以PLC联合触摸屏作为逻辑控制器件。设计PLC的逻辑控制电路和梯形图程序,实现了整个生产过程自动有序进行。各设备可单独运动或联动,调试方便。设计了触摸屏的显示界面和以C8051F020单片机为核心的参数转换系统,可实时显示生产过程中设备运行状态和工艺参数。系统以西门子6RA70系列直流调速器作为核心调速器件,给出了直流调速器的控制电路,通过设置调速器内部参数和运行自动优化,使调速器处于最佳的控制状态,保证电机转速平稳。将牵引直流调速器速度给定信号连接到轧纹直流调速器的速度设置端,实现了轧纹转速跟随牵引速度的变化而自动调整,确保了轧纹节距的稳定。系统用牵引速度信号经控制电路处理后控制焊接电流,使焊接电流自动跟随焊接速度而变化,保证了整个生产过程中焊缝热输入的稳定。通过实际生产验证,焊接速度达到11m/min以上,焊缝均匀美观,轧纹尺寸稳定,产品质量达到最优级。整个系统硬件结构简单、操作方便、控制安全可靠、生产效率高。

【Abstract】 The corrugated copper tube outer conductor of the coaxial cable is made by the 0.2~0.4mm thin sheet via tube-shaping, welding, corrugating and other several procedures. On basis of the analysis on the process of welding and corrugating thin copper tube, this paper presents a developing work of the controlling system of high-speed welding and corrugating of thin copper tube.The developed system makes use of PLC combined with human-machine-interface as the logical control devices, controls the entire production process working sequentially and automatically according to the designed logic control circuit and ladder diagram program of the PLC. In addition, the single-action or linkage of the motile parts can be achieved for the debugging works. The displaying interface of human-machine-interface and the parameter transformation system centered with C8051F020 single-chip computer are be designed to display in real-time the running status of the devices and the process parameters. The system takes the Siemens 6RA70 DC regulators with its control circuit as the speed modulation device. The regulators may work at the better condition by setting the interior parameters and running the automatic optimization to ensure the DC electromotor running steadily. The speed signal of the hauling regulator is output to the main speed-set-point of the corrugating regulator, so the speed of the corrugating electromotor will be adjusted and follow that of the hauling electromotor to ensure the stability of the corrugation pitch. The welding current is manipulated by tracing the processed voltage signal of the hauling electromotor to guarantee the stability of the heat input to the welded joint in the entire production process.In the actual production line, the system presents welding speed of 11m/min or above, the fine weld joint and stable dimension of corrugation, so the product quality achieves the best grade. There is the simple structure of hardware in this system with the convenient operation, the reliable control and high production efficiency.
