FAI电喷发动机诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 现在的汽车排放和油耗法规越来越严格,电喷发动机的应用范围越来越广泛,随之而来的是诊断问题的解决。电喷技术的推广使得传统的故障概念和维修诊断已经不能满足要求。为此本课题主要针对FAI电控燃油喷射系统开发设计了一套专门的诊断系统,以进一步提高系统诊断的效率和可靠性。本文设计的FAI电喷诊断系统采用模块化设计,主要包括主控制模块、显示模块、操作模块、通讯模块、调制解调模块及电话接口模块。该诊断系统对原有诊断仪进行了功能扩展和性能优化。在现场诊断方面,该诊断系统可以实现对ECU信息识别、基准信息识别、车辆行驶参数识别、控制参数监测、工作参数调整设定,电喷系统优化匹配的功能;远程诊断方面,调制解调模块采用功能强大的CX86810传真芯片来替换了原有芯片R96DFX。CX86810传真芯片为半双工芯片,采用分时复用实现数据的双向传输,提高了诊断数据的传输速率,传输速度可以达到14.4kpbs,对线路的要求低,传输的实时性可靠性更加优越。通过试验证明,该系统能够很好的完成与ECU之间的各种信息交换,满足FAI电喷系统在装车匹配和日常维护的使用要求。该诊断系统的开发对于客户减少电喷车辆使用中的疑问,有效地跟厂家沟通有重要的意义;对于厂家收集试验数据、降低维修成本,保障售后服务也有很重要的意义。
【Abstract】 With the development of the electronics, the electronic controlling technologies are widely used in many parts of automobiles. Since the rules for emission and fuel consumption are becoming more and more strict, the traditional engines with carburetors can not meet the requirements any longer, and are being replaced by the engines with the electronic control system which comes up with the diagnostic problems. The traditional trouble concepts, serving and diagnostication are out of date. According to the need in the development of the electronic controlled motorcycle, a set of diagnosis instrument has been developed to increases the analytic reliability and accuracy.The diagnosis system adopts blocking design, consisting of six parts: main control model, display model, operating model, communication model, modem model, and telephone interface model. It makes some function extend and capability optimize to become better than the primary diagnosis instrument. In local diagnosis, the diagnosis system can monitor the condition of the engine, modify the ECU parameters, optimize the engine management system under the idle condition, identify ECU information, benchmark information, parameter of the engines with the electronic control system. In remote diagnosis, the Fax modem CX86810 take the place of the Fax modem R96DFCX.It has powerful function such as high transmitting rate up to 14.4kpbs, predominate adaptability on PSTN, more reliable during the data transmitting. It has been proved by experiment that it can complete the information transmit from/to ECU. It can also meet the FAI motorcycle optimizing and ordinary maintenance.The system can realize the real-time on-line diagnosis for EFI engines, reducing the diagnostic cost and making the fault-diagnosis more quick and convenient. With the diagnosis system , the collection of the experiment data become more convenient, and the service after market is improved. They are very useful for client to reduce doubt of using FAI motorcycle. They are also very useful for the development of the FAI motorcycle.
