电喷汽油机不同燃料冷起动及冷态循环燃烧及排放特性研究

【摘要】 近年来我国已进入一个机动车高速发展的新时期,机动车尾气排放的污染已成为我国社会一个严峻的问题,于此同时,人类对于自身生存环境及空间的保护意识日益强烈,内燃机的发展方向已着眼于燃料消耗、排放、噪音等环保指标。本论文紧紧围绕冷起动及怠速冷态循环过程燃烧特性及HC排放、不同燃料间冷起动特性对比等问题展开了如下研究:1、研制多通道电控汽油机瞬态燃烧分析系统。该系统可以实时采集发动机燃烧压力及发动机过量空气系数、排放指标等其他相关参数,通过计算模型可以得到发动机燃烧循环变动等参数。2、研制了电控高能双火花塞快速燃烧系统。提供包括新缸头、两套独立的可变点火能量的高能点火系统。通过电控单元ECU及控制策略根据发动机工况的变化,提供可变的同步、异步双火花点火。双火花塞位置与燃烧室形状的配合,缩短火焰传播途径以提高火焰传播速度。以期达到快速燃烧。3、冷起动着火特性试验。分析冷起动过程中影响着火及HC排放的主要因素,并对喷油脉宽、点火提前角及不同点火模式对起动稳定性和HC排放的影响原因进行了分析。4、冷态循环运行燃烧过程及排放控制试验。分析影响冷态循环燃烧稳定性的因素。研究了点火提前角、不同点火模式等对冷态循环燃烧稳定性及HC排放的影响。5、对比LPG、汽油、煤油燃料的冷起动特性,并分析了产生的这些现象的原因。

【Abstract】 AS the automobile producing and selling progressed rapidly recently in China, pollution caused by car emission has become a serious social problem in our nation. Meanwhile, with human being getting increasingly consciousness of environment problem, the research of internal combustion engine is focusing on environment benefits such as fuel consumption, emissions, noise and so on.The details as follows:1. Multi-channel transient SI engine combustion analyzer has been developed. Pressure inside cylinder,Φa and exhaust emissions can be measured by this analyzer. The thermal circulation changes are calculated through ht numerical analysis.2. An electronic control rapid burning system with high-energy, dual-spark plug ignition system is developed creatively, including modified cylinder head, two independently adjustable high-energy-ignition systems. Synchronizing and asynchronous ignition timing can be realized by ECU and control strategy according to engine operation condition.3. Study on cold start burning characteristics and analyze the main factors affecting the burning and HC emissions, such as injection pulse width, ignition timing and different ignition modes.4. Research on burning and emission characteristics at warming up process. Test on the reasons of ignition timing and different ignition modes for combustion stability and HC emissions at warming up process.5. Comparison the cold start performances at LPG , gasoline and kerosene,then analysis the causes of these phenomena.
