土壤固化剂在路基处理、道路基层中的应用研究

【摘要】 空中客车公司A320中国总装线路户天津后,需要对其开展相关配套工程建设。由于空客A320中国总装线配套工程建设场地地基土含水量较高,沉降大,再加上空客A320中国总装线运输车辆均为运输大件的车辆。因此,为了更好的完成配套工程建设,在空客A320中国总装线配套工程的设计施工过程中大胆创新,首次将土壤固化剂应用于天津滨海新区的公路路基处理、道路路基基层上,以提高土壤地基的承载力。尽管在国内已经有土壤固化剂成功使用的事例,但是由于土壤固化剂受不同地区土壤性质的影响,需要针对空客A320飞机的总装线配套工程场地土壤进行室内试验,为空客A320飞机总装线配套工程的建设提供试验基础。本文通过对无侧限抗压强度、CBR承载比、回弹模量等室内试验,在总结使用土壤固化剂后土壤的抗压强度和灰土含水量、灰土石灰水泥的配比、压实度等的关系后,为空客A320总装线配套工程提出公路建设路基处理现场施工的建议,确定了空客A320配套工程公路建设的路基处理施工方案和保证施工质量的控制指标:空客现场土添加4%石灰和路邦固化剂的无机稳定土做路床处理时,当压实度大于90.0%,其抗压强度可达到0.80MPa;空客现场土添加2%水泥、3%石灰和路邦固化剂做底基层无机稳定土时,压实度达到95.5%以上则无侧限抗压强度可满足1.5MPa的要求;空客现场土添加3%水泥、3%石灰和路邦固化剂做公路基层无机稳定土时,无侧限抗压强度若要达到2.5MPa,压实度必须控制在97.6%以上。本次试验研究总结出的无侧限抗压强度与压实度的关系曲线,可以为道路施工中的质量控制提供参考。
【Abstract】 The road groundsill of A320 aero bus of AIRBUS overall assemblage engineering in Binhai is soft soil. If the roadbed couldn’t bear the upside load, the roadbed would have subsided and the groundsill would have been destroyed when the road is open to traffic. The application of soil hardener can guarantee the roadbed stable, enhance intensities of the ground and modules of deformation, in order to bearing the upside load. Through the analysis on the laboratory testing results of cement and calcareousness soil for projects, such as the relationships between the unconfined compression strength and the water content of soil, the compactness, the ratio of water cement and calcareousness, the cement content and the age of the piles are studied. We have confirmed the construction project and control target that guarantee construction quality. When added 4 percents calcareousness and soil hardener, if the compactness greater than 90 percents, the unconfined compression strength can reach 0.80MPa. When added 2 percents cement, 3 percents calcareousness and soil hardener, if the compactness greater than 95.5 percents, the unconfined compression strength can reach 1.50MPa. When added 3 percents cement, 3 percents calcareousness and soil hardener, if the compactness greater than 97.6 percents, the unconfined compression strength can reach 2.50MPa.The curve between unconfined compression strength and compactness that summarized from laboratory test can be served as reference on construction quality control.
