无刷直流电机转矩波动及仿真研究

【摘要】 无刷直流电动机是一种性能优越、应用前景广阔的电动机,本文针对无刷直流电动机在低速运转时存在着较大的转矩波动的缺点,较为详尽的阐述了无刷直流电动机转矩脉动的产生原因,并针对其原因分别提出了解决的方法。其中着重分析了如何抑制由于齿槽存在而产生的齿槽转矩波动和由于定子主绕组各相换流所引起的电磁转矩脉动,并在此基础上提出了采用无齿槽结构无刷直流电动机以彻底消除齿槽转矩,并且控制系统采用模糊PID控制策略从而有效地减小电磁转矩波动。由于采用TI公司面向电机控制的指令执行速度达30MIPS的TMS320LF2407微处理器作为控制芯片,将系统的模糊PID控制算法以及PWM输出,转子位置、速度、相电流检测计算等功能模块编程存储于DSP的E2PROM,实现了对无刷直流电动机的全数字实时控制,极大地提高了系统的实时性和运算能力,并且简化了整个系统的电路设计。最后建立了整个系统的数学模型,并根据数学模型利用MATLAB对系统进行了仿真,此外,将采用全数字的模糊PID控制的系统与采用传统的PID控制的系统进行了比较,证明了采用全数字模糊PID控制方法能有效的抑制无刷直流电动机的转矩脉动。

【Abstract】 Because of its eminent performance, the Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) has been broadly applied. Since BLDCM has rather ripple torque in operation with low speed, the reasons that give rise to torque ripple on BLDCM have been described in this paper. The methods for suppressing the torque ripple are analyzed respectively. How rejecting ripple torque which is generated from stator windings inversion and cogging torque are analyzed in detail. Moreover the system control and BLDCM?s structure adopt fuzzy PID control and Soltless BLDCM.For using TMS320LF2407 as control slug, all function modules of program are stored in E2PROM of DSP, chiefly including fuzzy PID control scheme, PWM output, rotator position and speed detection and phase current measurement. The all-digital control system based on DSP increases the real-time performance of system and realizes accurately control, besides simplify circuit design.Finally, base on analyzing the mathematic model of Brushless DC Motor, this paper establishes a simulation model of BLDCM control system. By adopting different kinds of control algorithms, digital fuzzy PID control system and system which use traditional PID control are compared. Experimental results show the improved scheme which has high dynamic and static performance, fuzzy PID controller is superior to the traditional PID controller. It is approved that control theory with digital fuzzy PID control can reject effectively ripple torque of BLDCM.
