【摘要】 改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,客观上为农民进城务工创造了条件。农民工,作为社会市场经济体制的产物,已成为我国非农经济发展的一支重要的劳动大军,进城务工就业,成为广大农村非农收入的重要组成部分,同时也为城市经济和社会的发展与繁荣做出了历史性的贡献。由于计划经济体制下形成的传统观念、思维方式,一些地方政府先后出台的一系列限制农民工就业的政策法规,加上封建残余思想的影响,农民工受歧视的状况并没有根本的改变,就业环境仍然存在诸多问题。就业歧视问题由来已久,但是对农民工就业歧视问题的研究,目前来说,理论性的著作还不是很多。本文共分四个部分,首先是对农民工就业歧视问题进行总结,从而归纳出歧视的主要表现,在总结就业歧视表现的基础上,分析了歧视产生的原因和影响,最终,从国家、企业、农民工个人三个方面提出若干建议,目的在于为农民工就业歧视问题的解决集思广益,进而消除歧视问题,从而加快和谐社会构建的脚步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the beginning of reform and opening up, the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system, has objectively created conditions for farmers’working in cities. Migrant workers, as a product of the social market economy system, have become an important labor force China’s non-agricultural economic development. Migrant workers’employment in cities has become an important source of the non-agricultural income, while making historical contributions for the cities’economic and social development and prosperity. With the traditional concept and way of thinking which developed under the planned economy system, some local governments have promulgated a series of policies and regulations on employment restrictions for migrant workers.A rational and just society is supposed to ensure that every member can enjoy equal opportunities of employment, development, life and politics, and so on. In many ways, migrant workers can not enjoy equal treatment with other members. Thus it is impossible to realize“equal pay for equal work”,“equal time for equal work”,“equal rights for equal work”, The problems the migrant workers are facing are omni directional, from employment, education, social security, life to community agrees. They are being marginalized. This marginalization is not caused by the migrant workers themselves, but by the social set. It comes from the unreasonable, discriminatory system. This is what a civilized society should avoid. Justice is a very important part of the building of a harmonious society, which is put forward by the central authorities.
