【摘要】 伴随着经济全球化和世界范围内服务经济的发展,物流产业作为一个新兴的服务部门,正在快速兴起,发展。目前,在我国物流产业正处于高速增长和激烈竞争的阶段。而第三方物流已成为现代物流管理的主流模式,具有其独特的优越性。在竞争加剧的经济全球化当中,我国第三方物流的发展与国外相比,存在很多问题和不足。物流业的竞争不仅是基础设施、物流技术的竞争,更是物流人才的竞争,现代物流特别是第三方物流需要专业的管理人才做支撑。因此,如何选拔和培养出符合时代需要的第三方物流业项目经理具有举足轻重的意义。胜任特征是20世纪70年代初期兴起于美国的一个管理概念。它是由美国哈佛大学麦克莱兰教授首先提出来的,它可以用来表述个体在某个岗位或职位取得优秀业绩的潜在特征,并可以取代传统的智力测量。本研究就是在学习和借鉴目前国内外胜任特征理论的基础和实践经验上,选取了第三方物流业项目经理作为研究对象进行了实证性的探索研究。采用文献分析法和行为事件访谈法,提炼出我国第三方物流业项目经理的37项胜任特征要素,然后编制问卷进行对上海地区第三方物流企业的项目从业人员进行调查,利用SPSS中的因子分析对第三方物流业项目经理胜任特征进行了探索。初步建立了第三方物流业项目经理胜任特征模型,包括:项目团队建设与管理,责任意识,大局意识,个性魅力,人际公关能力和专业特长。在构建第三方物流业项目经理胜任特征模型的基础上,还深入探讨了当前我国第三方物流业项目经理的培养对策,以期为选拔、培养和考核项目经理提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accompanying economic globalization and development of the serve economy, logistics estate is a new service department and developing , being on the rise , developing rapidly. At present, in our country logistics estate is in the high speed increase and the cut-throat competition stage. Third-party logistics has become the main current mode of the modern logistics, having its special characteristics. In the competition of economic globalization, many problem and insufficient exists in development of third party logistics in our country, compared with abroad. The competition of the logistics is not only the infrastructure and logistics technology, but also the logistics talent, modern logistics especially third-part logistics needs professional management talent to support. So how to choose and train project manager of third-part logistics is very important.Competency research began in the early 1970’s in U.S.A. It is raised first by McClelland, Profess of Harvard University. Most researchers agree that competencies are the enduring traits or characteristics used to determine excellent job performance.The research is in studying and using the foundation competency at present and Practical experience for reference, adopt literature analysis and behavior event interview to refine 37 items element of competency which go out of the project of third-part logistics. Then work out the questionnaire to implement investigation, directing against project manager of third-part logistics in Shanghai. Utilizing the factor analyze in SPSS to explore competency of the project of third-part logistics.On the basis of structuring competency model about the project of third-part logistics, having also probed into measure and suggestion of training the project manager of third-part logistics in china at present.
