基于IEC61850的数字化变电站通信研究

【摘要】 数字化变电站成为变电站自动化系统的发展方向。电子式电流/电压互感器、智能开关等智能化一次设备的诞生使建设数字化变电站成为可能,高速、可靠和开放的通信网络以及完备的通信系统标准是数字化变电站实现的保障,特别是最新颁布的变电站通信网络与系统的国际标准IEC61850为建设数字化变电站提供了全面规范。本文首先分析了IEC 61850的主要技术特征,阐述了几个具有代表性或特性的通信服务的实现方法。然后从数字化变电站本身的特点出发,以IEC61850标准中规定的D2型变电站为例,结合IEC61850设计出了符合IEC61850的数字化变电站不同组网方案,并对其变电站内通信报文类型进行了分析。在基于IEC61850的D2型数字化变电站模型的基础上,论文根据数字变电站的实际情况,分析了单播、组播和广播的三种报文三种传输方案的优劣,最后确定了数字化变电站通信采用基于组播的传输模式,论文分析了几种常用的改进以太网实时性的办法:改善网络拓扑结构,采用交换式以太网与优先级标记和改进实时通信模型等。论文根据数字化变电站自身的特点,设计了在网络端节点和交换机内部同时进行报文优先级传输控制策略,来改善非时间紧急信息对时间紧急信息的影响。最后,论文以IEC61850规约中的D2型变电站为例,利用OPNET网络仿真工具,基于网络负荷和CPU负荷的多种情况,对具有综合优先级控制策略下数字化变电站内IT1和IT2类型信息端对端时延情况进行了多种条件下的仿真,仿真结果验证了在传输网络和端节点同时进行信息的优先级传输控制方案应用于基于IEC61850规约的新型数字化变电站通信网络,可以大大提高通信性能,完全能够满足IEC61850规约中对时间要求高的报文的实时性时间要求,仿真研究对于现实中提高基于以太网组网的新型数字化变电站通信网络的实时性具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Digital Substation has become the development trend of Substation Automation Systems. Emergence of smart equipments such as ECT/EVT, intelligent switchgear and etc. make deployment of Digital Substations possible. Fast, reliable and open communication networks as well as comprehensive communication standards ensure the implement of Digital Substations, especially the new distributed international standard of substation communication network and system EEC61850 provides complete criterion for construction of digital substations.This paper first analyzes the major technical indicators of IEC 61850 and describes several typical realization methods of communication service. Then based on characteristics of digital substation, taking D2 substation of IEC61850 standard as the example, several different network construction or network building schemes for digital substation are presented. The message types of substation communication are also analyzed.Based on the D2 digital substation model of IEC61850 and the actual situation of digital substations, this paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of unicast, multicast and broadcast and adopts multicast as the transmission model of digital substations. Then this paper discusses several widely used methods for improvement of real-time processing in Ethernet network: changing network topology, adopting switched ethernet and priority tag, as well as improving real-time communication models and etc. According to the characteristics of digital substations, this paper proposes to carry out message priority transmission control simultaneously in node network and switch to improve real-time processing.Finally, this paper taking D2 substation of IEC 61850 as an example, simulates in OPNET. Simulation results show that our proposed method can considerably improve the communication performance of digital substations that meet the requirements of IEC61850. It achieves the time indicators of IEC 61850. The research is valuable for improvements of real-time processing in communication networks of new type digital substations which are networked with Ethernet model.
