电信部门DSLAM自动配置系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着电信技术的日益成熟和电信市场竞争的逐步规范,电信运营商面对的竞争压力越来越大。为了在竞争中取胜,必须推出独具特色的、更具吸引力的业务吸引客户。电信运营商的经营模式相应地从原来的“以业务为中心”转向“以客户为中心”,通过提供新的业务和及时、迅速地为客户提供服务,以保持应有的竞争力。随着电信数据宽带业务的迅猛发展,数据用户的不断增长,数据设备的不断增多,给管理工作带来更大的压力。为了更准确、高效完成业务,自动化管理已成为必然。因此有必要建立一个综合性的系统以实现对ADSL宽带接入管理工作的自动化。本文以作者的项目实践为基础,首先简要介绍了ADSL工单管理和资源管理方面的相关理论;然后分析了DSLAM自动配置管理的业务及业务流程,特别是对DSLAM自动配置系统中的工单管理和资源管理子系统进行了深入分析,利用UML建模工具建立了系统的业务模型、功能模型、领域对象模型和数据模型,分析了系统的其它需求。根据系统的功能需求和非功能需求,对系统进行了系统体系结构设计,包括网络体系结构、过程体系结构和开发体系结构设计。论文深入探讨了系统实现的关键技术,运用MVC模式较好地解决了表示层与业务逻辑层的耦合关系;运用观察者模式解决计算分析数据的多种显示形式;运用基于.NET的ORM工具较好地解决了数据层与业务逻辑层的耦合关系;运用Microsoft.NET Remoting技术解决了DSLAM自动配置系统与BIMS系统之间的数据交互。通过上述系统架构设计和技术解决方案,使设计的系统能够满足用户的功能要求和非功能要求,在实现技术上具有先进性。

【Abstract】 With the maturity of telecommunication technology and the gradually standard competition of telecommunication market, telecommunication operators are facing increasing pressure of competition. In order to win in the competition, operators must promote unique and more attractive services to attractive customers. The management module of telecommunication operators is changing from "center on business" to "center on customer". Through the provision of new business and timely, rapidly customer service to maintain the competitiveness.With the fast development of broadband data telecommunication business, the continuous growth of data users and data equipment, the work of management is facing greater pressure. In order to complete business more accurately and efficiently, automation management is inevitable. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive system which is to achieve the automation management of ADSL broadband access.Based on the author’s project experience, this thesis introduces some basic theories of ADSL construction list and resource management firstly. Then analyze the business and business processes of the DSLAM automatic configuration management, especially analyze the ADSL construction list and resource management systems deeply, which are in the DSLAM data automatic configuration system, establish the business model, functional model, the field object model and data model based on the modeling tools of UML, and analyze the system’s other needs. According to the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of system, this paper made the architecture design of this system, including network architecture, process architecture and development architecture . This thesis also deeply studied the key technologies which related to the realization of this system, use the MVC model to solve the coupling relations between business logic layer and presentation layer. This thesis use the observer pattern to solve the many display formats of statistical analysis data, use the ORM development tool which is based on .NET to solve the coupling relations between business logic layer and persistent layer, use Microsoft.NET Remoting technology to solve the data interaction between DSLAM automatic configure system and BIMS system.Based on these system architecture designs and technology solutions, this system can meet the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of users. It is advanced in achieving technology.
