药物干扰检验结果信息平台的开发

【摘要】 药物是影响检验结果准确性和可靠性的一个重要因素。与药物干扰检验结果相关的文献信息资源丰富而分散,信息海量且异构存在于各种资源系统中,不利于临床应用。为此,利用现代信息技术开发药物干扰检验结果信息平台,为临床工作者提供及时可靠的信息咨询服务,具有重要的研究应用价值。本文总结了研制开发药物干扰检验结果信息平台的设计思路和实现方法。在分析临床对药物干扰检验结果信息咨询需求的基础上,通过收集、整理药物干扰检验结果的相关文献信息资源,获取描述药物干扰检验结果信息的特征数据项,规范和编码相关信息数据,利用Access2003建立信息数据库,以Delphi7和Word2003作为平台开发工具,构建了药物干扰检验结果信息平台,实现信息资源的有效整合、结构化存储、检索利用和资源共享,能够为临床工作者提供易于检索和获取的决策支持信息服务,从而帮助临床工作者正确选择检验项目、更加科学准确地解释和评估检验结果、合理选用治疗药物,提高医疗质量。本药物干扰检验结果信息平台,用户界面友好,操作简便,是一个能满足临床信息咨询需要和具有良好临床应用前景的信息系统。

【Abstract】 Drug is an important factor that affect the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results. The literature information resources correlated with drug effects on laboratory test results are abundant and scattering, exist heterogeneously in various resource systems. The amount of inforamtion is massive. Such is unfavorable to clinical practice. Therefore, to construct information resource integration platform with modern information technologies, in order to provide timely and reliable information consultation services for clinical staff, has important research and application value.This article concluded the process of Drug-Laboratory Effects(DLE) information platform establishment. On the basis of the clinical information consultation demands analysis, the relevant literature information resources were collected and compiled, and the characteristic data items were obtained for describing drug effects on laboratory test results. The relevant information data were regulated and coded. The DLE information database were established with Access2003, and the DLE information platform was constructed with Delphi7 and Word2003. The effective information resources integration, structural storage, retrieval utilization and resource sharing were achieved. The platform can provide easily retrieval and accessible decision support information services for clinical staff to help them select the laboratory tests correctly,explain and assess the test results more scientifically and reasonably, choose the proper therapeutic medicine,and improve medical quality.As its friendly user-interface and convenience in operation, the DLE platform may meet the clinical information consultation demands and has good prospects of clinical application.
