【摘要】 外商直接投资(FDI:Foreign Direct Investment)作为跨国公司参与国际竞争与增强自身综合实力的重要手段,已经成为拉动各国区域经济的主要杠杆之一,同时也从一个侧面拉大了各国区域经济发展的差距。地区收入差距是指伴随着各地经济快速发展所表现出来的地区收入差异。本文引用了作为衡量地区间收入差距的指标——泰尔指数,来衡量地区收入差异。FDI是通过哪些因素影响着地区收入差距,则有必要进行进一步的探讨和实证分析。改革开放以来,中国外商直接投资获得了巨大发展,成为带动经济高速增长的引擎之一,无论是从纵向的增长速度,还是横向的外资投资方式等,中国外商直接投资都可堪称世界经济发展的奇迹。但是,FDI在高速发展的同时,地区收入差距也在不断扩大,这对发展中国家来说是一个重大问题,从统计数据看,中国已经成为收入不均等状况较为严重的国家之一。人们不禁会将两者联系在一起,是否是FDI的发展导致地区收入差距的扩大;如果两者有相关关系,FDI与地区收入差距的影响究竟是正相关还是负相关?这种相关关系是否会随着各地区的地域不同而发生变化?由于FDI在很多领域范畴对收入差距影响不同,它又是通过哪些因素来影响地区收入差距呢?我国目前FDI对地区收入差距的影响因素缺乏较为有效和充分的理论和实证分析。为了回答这些疑问,本文首先将中国按经济发展联系紧密程度分成八大地区,以1987-2005年的统计资料为依据,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法、规范分析与实证分析相结合的方法,循着提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,对FDI对八大地区收入差距的影响问题层层深入地展开论证,建立panel data模型,通过分析产业结构,资产投入量,就业数量,人力资本,技术指标(TFP)等阐述FDI对地区收入差距的影响。全文共分四部分。第一部分是导论,主要指出选题的背景和意义,文献综述并介绍文章的结构和思路;第二部分是整个研究的理论基础,阐释了FDI与地区收入差距的经济学衡量标准以及从不同角度阐述FDI对地区收入差距的影响因素、影响机理分析;第三部分是本文研究的核心,运用面板数据分析方法对FDI影响地区收入差距的各个影响因素进行分析,运用了逐个分析与综合分析的方法,并得出FDI通过各种因素影响地区收入差距的实证结论;第四部分首先阐述FDI对地区收入差距影响因素分析的必要性,然后针对各个影响因素给出提高FDI利用率、缩小地区收入差距的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important method for multinationals to participate in the international competition and strengthen the comprehensive strength, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) had already become one of the main accelerant of regional economy for various countries. At the same time, it also widened the disparity of regional economic development in certain extent. The regional income gap refers to the regional income difference following the rapid economic development in various regions. This thesis quoted the Theil index as the index of measuring regional income gap, and weighed the income gap among regions. It is necessary to take the further discussion and empirical analysis to identify the factors that take part in FDI influencing the regional income gap.Since Reform and Opening, FDI has attained enormous development in China, and become one of the engines driving economic boom. Both from the vertical growth rate, and the horizontal FDI mode, FDI in China can be regarded as the miracle of economic development of the world. But, while FDI rising in high speed, the regional income gap is under constant enlarging too, which is an important issue for developing country. The statistic data shows that China has already become one of the most income inequality countries. People can’t help to link these two phenomena together. Whether the development of FDI causes the enlargement of regional income gap or not? If they have relevant relations, is it a positive correlation or negative correlation between FDI and regional income gap? Will such relevant relation change in different regions? Because FDI has different influence on income gap in a lot of categories, through which factors does it influence the regional income gap? At present, it lacks the comparatively effective and abundant theoretical and empirical analysis in studying which factors in FDI influenced regional income gap in China. In order to answer this question, this thesis divided China into eight major regions according to the close degree of relationship in economic development at first, then based on statistical data in 1987-2005, adopted the method combined both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and standardized and empirical analysis, followed the thinking of proposing the problem, analyzing the problem, and solving the problem, launched proving of questions in FDI’s influencing income gaps of eight major region, finally established the panel data model, which demonstrated the influence of FDI on regional income gap, through analyzing the indicators like industrial structure, the amount of capital investment, the quantity of employment, human capital, and the technical indicator (TFP), etc.The whole thesis includes four parts. First part is the introduction, which delivered the background and significance of the study, literature review, and introduced the structure and approach of the thesis; Second part is a theoretical foundation of whole research, which illustrated the economic indicators of measuring the relationship between FDI and regional income gap and explained influence factor and mechanism of FDI influencing the regional income gap from different perspectives; The third part is the core of this thesis, which analyzed each influence factor of FDI influencing the regional income gap based on the panel data analytical method, both using the individual and comprehensive analytical technology, and drew the empirical conclusion that FDI through various kinds of factors influence the regional income gap; The fourth part expatiated the necessity of analyzing the influence factors of FDI on the regional income gap, then provided the policy recommendations to improve FDI utilization ratio and dwindle regional income gap to each influence factor.更多还原
