【摘要】 我国是一个城乡二元经济结构特征十分突出的发展中国家。逐步改变城乡二元经济结构,实现城乡经济协调发展,始终是我国现代化进程中面临的一个重大问题。旅游业是一项综合性和关联带动性极高的产业,它在城乡经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用,成为统筹城乡经济社会发展的切入点,是实现城乡经济社会协同发展的有效途径之一。随着旅游业的不断发展,城乡旅游关系越来越密切,实现城乡旅游协同发展成为旅游业发展到一定阶段的新思路和必然选择。加强城乡旅游全面协同,实现城乡旅游要素的有效整合,实现城乡优势互补,谋求城乡旅游业共同发展,对于提高区域旅游竞争力,实现城乡旅游业可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文首先分析了研究的选题背景,阐述了研究的目的和意义,说明了研究的方法和技术路线。其次,对国内外城乡旅游研究进展情况进行了分析、总结;对城乡旅游协同发展的相关基础理论进行了较为系统的阐述。再次,以系统理论、协同理论、核心——边缘理论、可持续发展理论为指导对城乡旅游协同发展进行理论研究。对城乡旅游协同发展基础进行分析的基础上,界定了城乡旅游发展的内涵,概括了城乡旅游协同发展的特征;阐述了城乡旅游协同发展的原则;探讨了城乡旅游协同发展的运行机制;分析了城乡旅游协同发展的实现途径;最后提出了城乡旅游协同发展的战略模式。在理论研究的基础上,以济南市为例对城乡旅游协同发展进行了实证研究。分析了济南市城乡旅游发展现状,结合济南市城乡旅游协同发展的有利条件,根据当前济南城乡旅游协同发展中存在的障碍因素与问题,从可持续发展的角度提出了促进济南市城乡旅游协同发展的相关措施。最后,对全文进行了总结,指出研究的不足,并对未来研究进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a developing country with a distinctive Urban and Rural Dual Economy Structure. It is usually a big challenge for Chinese modernization to transform the Urban and Rural Dual Economy Structure and to achieve the coordinative development of the urban and rural economy. Tourism is a highly comprehensive and correlative industry. It plays an important role in the development of the urban and rural economy and society. It can be a breakthrough and an effective approach to harmonize the development of the urban and rural economy and society. With the gradual development of tourism, the relationship between the urban-rural tourism has been so connected. To achieve synergic development of the urban-rural tourism is a new approach and an inevitable choice to some certain degree. It is of significance for the improvement of the regional tourism competitiveness and the sustainable development of the urban-rural tourism to strength the comprehensive coordination of urban-rural tourism, to achieve an effective integration of urban-rural tourism factors, to achieve mutual advantage complementation of the urban-rural areas and to try for the mutual development of the urban-rural tourism. Firstly, the paper introduces the background, the objectives and the significance of the research, and explains the approaches and the technological routes of the paper. Secondly, the paper makes a summary and an analysis of the current situation of the domestic and foreign research on the urban-rural tourism, and makes a systematic discussion about synergic development theories of the urban-rural tourism. Thirdly, the paper makes a theory research under the guidance of System Theory, Synergic Theory, Core-periphery Theory and Sustainable Development Theory. Based on the analysis of the synergic development of urban-rural tourism, the paper defines the urban-rural tourism development, summarizes the characteristics, the principles, the mechanisms and the modes of the synergic development of urban-rural tourism. The paper takes the City of Jinan as a case study through the introduction of the city development situation, the advantages and the disadvantages of Jinan’s urban-rural tourism, and puts forward some measures to promote Jinan’s urban-rural tourism. Lastly, the paper makes a summary, emphasizes the insufficiency of the related research and gives prospects of the future research.更多还原
