基于GIS的闽江流域水污染事故预警应急系统研究

【摘要】 本论文以构建闽江流域突发性水污染事故预警应急系统为总的目标,运用GIS技术、计算机技术、环境科学和系统科学等理论,研究了闽江突发性水污染事故预警应急系统的构建。首先,建立了突发性水污染事故预警应急系统架构,介绍了基于GIS平台的环境信息管理系统、集成GIS的闽江污染分布时空模拟系统两个模块的功能。其次,对基于GIS平台的环境信息管理系统的数据库进行了整体设计,并利用组件式GIS软件MO开发平台,结合高级编程语言VB6.0,编程实现了系统的部分查询功能和空间分析功能。最后,讨论适合闽江流域特点的水质数学模型,利用编写的水质模拟程序,对突发性水环境污染事故进行数值模拟,可根据模拟计算的结果、提出初步的现场应急方案。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the guiding ideology is to create an emergency warning system for sudden water pollution accidents of the Minjiang River which contain GIS technology, computer technology, environmental science and system science theories. We focus on the construction of the pollution simulation system of the Minjiang River.First, we establish the structure of emergency warning system for sudden water pollution accident. Then introduce the function of tow modules which are space environment management based on GIS platform and the pollution simulation system of the Minjiang River which integrated GIS.Secondly, the database for environment management based on GIS platform is overall designed.during, the programming courses, ComGIS-MapObjects was chosen as sec-development flat, Visual Basic programming language. After a long time of hard working, most enquire functions and spatial analysis functions are put in practiceFinally, base on the discussion of the hydrodynamic-quality mathematical model we used the water quality simulation program to get the initial emergency plans base on the simulation results by simulate a fictitious sudden water pollution accidents.
