【摘要】 本研究在过去关于信息生态学研究的基础上,以我国公共信息生态环境为研究平台,以信息生态链以及其流动模式为主要研究对象,对信息法律、信息技术、信息道德、信息教育等进行了一一分析,全面而深入地阐述了信息生态环境各个要素间的平衡关系,从而揭示了我国信息生态环境中各个要素所处的位置和面临的问题。同时,本研究还对我国公共信息环境中的棘手问题进行了进一步的深化研究,并提供了优化的模式和解决问题的实际做法。主要的研究结果如下:(1)构建了“信息生态环境”和“信息生态链”这两个核心语汇,分析了信息生态环境的现状,揭示了信息生态链的流动实质,体现了研究中独特的视角以及关注信息环境中生存危机的内核。(2)对我国公共信息生态环境的几个重要因素进行了详尽的剖析,以各个因素本身为分析落脚点来进行论证,涵盖了我国的信息产业和信息企业、我国的信息法律、我国的信息受众、我国的图书馆事业这几个方面。(3)对我国信息生态环境的内部矛盾和外部矛盾进行了从内到外的一一捉对剖析,完整展现了我国信息生态环境总体构造和具体细节。(4)对优化我国公共信息生态环境做出阐述,对建立健全并逐步完善这一环境提出了合理的建设性建议:树立信息法律的核心位置作用;发挥图书馆事业的中坚力量;完善国民信息教育,避免两种教育极端;信息企业应重视员工利益、企业利益和社会利益的平衡发展,努力建设和谐的企业文化。本研究涉及多种研究方法,重视调查成果,重视比较分析,结合具体事例践行相关理论。文章所涉及的背景知识比较繁多,创作中始终秉承“从实际出发,以国内现状为研究土壤,以信息受众利益为研究中心,以人文关怀为研究旗帜”的指导思想,坚持从图书馆学研究生对于身处大环境的关切与热情出发,从宏观层面对具有时代特点的专业问题进行探索性研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the past researches in information ecology, this research uses the environment of public information ecology in China as the research platform, and the information ecological chain and the circulation model as main study objects. This paper analyzes different aspects in law of information, information technology, ethic in information and information education. It examines various factors in the environment of information ecology and their balanced relationship, hence to position these factors in different stages and reveals perspective problems. In addition, this research addresses some of the difficult problems in greater details and provides optimal model and practical solutions to these problems. The main accomplishment are shown following: 1) Create "information ecological environment" and "information ecological chain" as key words to analyze the current circumstance of the information ecological environment, discover the circulation of information ecological chain and show the unique way in the research and the concern of the crisis of surviving in the environment. 2) Analyze and discuss all of the reasons and elements, cover the following aspects: information enterprise, information law, information audiences and library career. 3) Analyze the internal and external contradictions of information ecological environment in China one by one, in order to show the whole contracture and details of information ecological environment in China. 4) Show how to ameliorate the information ecological environment in China: enlarge the centralized force of the library career; perfect the education of national information, avoid the extremeness of the two education methods; electronic information enterprises should take enterprises benefits and public welfares seriously; pay close attention to the workers benefits development, and try harder to build a harmonious corporate culture.This research contains various methods, has high regard to result obtained from investigation, comparison and analysis, act the instruction from the theory in examples. The background information which the thesis concerned is sufficient. It is an exploratory research into the problem on the edge of this filed. It bases on the environment of China and the benefit of information audiences, meanwhile incorporated humanities concern and academic enthusiasm.更多还原
