高校教育信息化水平的评估研究

【摘要】 随着教育信息化的不断深入,知识经济时代的到来,信息化水平已成为衡量高校综合实力的一项重要指标。为引导高校信息化健康、快速的发展,必须对高校教育信息化水平进行准确、合理的评价。必须综合运用科学实用的评价方法,使评价结果真实反映各个高校教育信息化发展的实际水平,从而通过评价促进高校信息化的发展。本文从国内外高校教育信息化的水平发展现状出发,介绍了现有的几种信息化指标体系及信息化水平测度和评价方法的相关研究情况。在比较研究现有评价方法的基础之上,分析高校信息化的概念和特性,结合我国高校的实际情况,在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上,通过认真查阅相关文献和对专家进行访谈、调查构建了高校教育信息化评价指标体系;并以该指标体系为依据,设计了高校教育信息化因子评价模型。本研究采用框架分析与重点研究相结合、定性分析与定量研究相结合、理论运用与实证分析相结合的方法,结合实际以国内的十几所高校的数据为依据,运用因子分析评价模型进行实证研究,得出了各高校信息化的综合评价得分,并应用聚类分析对各个高校信息化水平进行分类分析。研究表明:运用因子分析评价模型对高校信息化水平进行综合评价减少了主观性而又不失科学性,合理性,是一种积极、有效的评价方法。
【Abstract】 With the unceasing deep going of education informationization and the arrival of knowledge era, the informationization has become an important index to evaluate the synthetically strength of university. In order to guide the university informationization health, the fast development, must educate the informationization level to the university to carry on accurately, the reasonable appraisal. Must synthesize the utilization science practical assessment method, causes the appraisal result really to reflect each university educates the informationization development the actual level, thus through appraisal promotion university informationization development.The level present situation the main body of a book is educated to information from home and abroad colleges and universities starts off, has filled in now available several kinds informatization index system and informatization level estimate and study appraising the method relevance. By the fact that comparison research now has of the basis appraising method’s, analyse the informatization concept of colleges and universities and characteristic property , be tied in wedlock our country colleges and universities reality, on the basis using relevance research result for reference, educate informationize appraising index system by the fact that the interview , investigation looking up the relevance document carefully and being in progress to the expert have structured colleges and universities, the factor colleges and universities having taken owing an index system as basis , designing that is educated to informationize appraises a model. Has adopt frame analysis and priority to study union , qualitative analysis and quantify study each other, union , theory wield and demonstration analyses the method being tied in wedlock each other each other , having taken domestic more than ten colleges and universities data as basis with a view of reality , has applied factor analysis to study estimating that the model carries out demonstration , has reached every informatization overall evaluation of colleges and universities score, and level applying the cluster analysis informationize to each colleges and universities be in progress classify and analyzing. The study shows that: Level the subjectivity having carried out the overall evaluation decrease and do not loss scientificalness, rationality, be that one kind is active, effective valuation method as well wielding factor analysis appraising a model informationizes to colleges and universities.
