【摘要】 近几年来,产学合作作为提升国家自主创新能力的重要途径日益成为国内外学者研究的焦点。我国产学合作的发展虽然取得较大成绩,但从总体上看,与国外发达国家相比较,产学合作在我国还处于初级发展阶段,存在一定的差距和问题。如何解决这些问题,将是加速高校科技成果转化进程、提升我国自主创新能力的关键。随着我国风险投资行业的迅速发展,风险投资参与产学合作可能是解决当前产学合作面临问题的有效途径。传统的产学合作更关注于产学合作各方主体的组织形式或组织机制研究,而忽视了其他主体在产学合作中的关键作用。结合我国当前产学合作的面临的问题以及风险投资的特点和优势,本文将风险投资作为一个重要主体引入产学合作体系,研究其对于产学合作的重要意义,强调风险投资在产学合作的主体地位,并试图用战略联盟的形式来构建风险投资、企业、高校三大主体为核心的产学合作联盟。本文在总结国内外研究现状以及相关理论的基础上,系统分析了美国硅谷以及浙江大学国际创新研究院的产学合作案例,通过借鉴国内外风险投资参与产学合作案例的成功经验,构建风险投资嵌入式产学合作战略联盟的概念模型,界定其概念和目标定位,给出了联盟组织形式与组织结构,对联盟的运行机制从动力机制、选择机制、决策机制、协调分工机制以及利益分配机制五个方面进行设计。最后,本文从政府的角度对风险投资嵌入式产学合作战略联盟的顺利开展提供一些对策与建议。我国的产学合作目前仍处于不断探索和实践的阶段。本文希望通过对风险投资嵌入式产学合作战略联盟的研究,为推动我国产学合作创新出谋划策,进而为我国自主创新能力提升做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, University-Industry Collaboration (UIC for short) the most important way to improve a country’s indigenous innovation ability has become the focus of researchers home and abroad. In general, the development of our country’s UIC has made great achievements, however, comparing with developed countries, our country’s UIC is still lingering at the initial stage of development, with a certain gap from the developed countries and a lot of problems remained. To solve these problems will be the key of accelerating the process of universities’ science research transformation and improving our country’s indigenous innovation ability. With the rapid development of our country’s venture capital industry, venture capital participating UIC might be the effective way to solve the problems that nowadays UIC faces.Traditional UIC research focused more on the organization forms and mechanisms of every main bodies in UIC, while neglecting the key role of other bodies. To combine the problems our country’s UIC faces and the characteristics and advantages of venture capital, this paper brings venture capital as one important main body into the UIC system, and explores its important meaning to UIC, to emphasize the subjective position of venture capital in the UIC and try to use the strategic alliance in setting up the UIC model with venture capital, industry and universities as the core. After reading a lot of literature and analyzing the current research home and abroad, the paper analyses the UIC cases of American Silicon Valley and Zhejiang University Innovation Institute(ZII), showing the successful experiences of venture capital participating UIC. Whereafter the concept model of strategic alliance of university-industry collaboration with venture capital embedded is given, the conception and the goal is defined , the form and structure of this strategic alliance is shaped, and the operation mechanism of the strategic alliance is designed from five aspects: dynamic mechanism , selection mechanism, decision mechanism, coordination and division mechanism and the interests distribution mechanism. Finally, the paper provides some countermeasures and suggestions to the smooth operation of the strategic alliance of university-industry collaboration with venture capital embedded for the government.Our country’s UIC still has a long way to go and a lot remained to be discovered. The paper wish to promote our country’s UIC by the research of strategic alliance of university-industry collaboration with venture capital embedded. Therefore, some contributions will be made to enhance the indigenous innovation ability of our country.更多还原
