双面胶印机输墨系统性能研究

【摘要】 胶印机输墨系统性能的好坏直接影响到印品质量,输墨系统的设计是胶印机设计的重要内容之一。本课题采用计算机仿真的方法对胶印机输墨系统进行了分析和研究。以JP40型双面胶印机为研究对象,通过理论分析,建立仿真模型,利用Matlab和VB软件编制程序,开发出了具有实用价值的JP40型双面胶印机输墨系统性能分析仿真软件,具有一定的理论和实际应用价值,为胶印机输墨系统的设计和评价提供了新的方法。本课题的主要内容和创新点归纳如下:(1)以JP40型双面胶印机为研究对象,分析了着墨辊的着墨率与油墨转移率和印版图文覆盖率之间的关系。(2)利用迪杰斯特拉算法和图论知识计算出了输墨系统的响应时间。利用能量守恒定律分析了油墨重力对系统响应时间的影响。(3)以串墨辊的串动量、串动速度比和串动起始相位三要素为控制变量,研究了串墨辊的串动特性及其对输墨系统匀墨性能的影响,得到了串墨辊在不同串动参数下油墨的分布情况。为串墨参数的设置提供了理论依据。(4)在串墨辊串动模型建立的基础上,对输墨系统的稳定时间进行了计算。研究表明,输墨系统的稳定时间跟印版图文覆盖率和油墨转移率都有关系。另外,分别计算出了JP40型双面胶印机的正、反墨路在考虑油墨重力和不考虑油墨重力两种条件下的系统稳定时间。(5)开发出JP40型双面胶印机输墨系统性能分析仿真软件。该软件能够计算输墨系统正、反两个墨路的5个静态性能指标和2个动态性能指标。其中在响应时间和稳定时间模块,分别得到了不考虑油墨重力和考虑油墨重力两种情况下的计算结果。该软件界面友好、操作简便,为企业研究和改进输墨系统提供了良好的平台。
【Abstract】 The performance of the offset press inking system influences the printing quality. The design of inking system is one of the most import parts of the offset press design. In this paper, the method of computer simulation was adopted in researching and analyzing the inking system of offset press. The systematic model and the simulation model were built by JP40 double-sided offset press inking system. The program was edited by Matlab and VB. The simulation model was carried out by theory analysis. This thesis has developed a simulated software for analyzing the working performance of JP40 double-sided offset press inking system. The simulated software has some theory and economic value .As a result, a new method is offered to design and evaluate the inking system.The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1) The analysis of inking system is objected by JP40 double-sided offset press. The relation between ink flow ration of ink form rollers and split ration or the plate coverage is studied respectively.(2) According to Dijkstra method and graph theory, the response time is calculated. The influence of ink gravity to response time is studied by the law of conservation of energy.(3) The vibration characteristics of the vibrators and its effect on the steady state of the inking system was studied extensively, and the oscillation rate, stroke length and phase angle was used as control variable. Then the ink distribution is acquired under different oscillation parameter. It provides theoretical foundation for setting the suitable oscillation parameter.(4) Based on the oscillation model of vibrators, the steady time was calculated. The result shows that the split ratio and the plate coverage were both related to the inking system steady time. In addition, it calculated the front and back ink road separately whether considering the ink gravity or not.(5) The simulated software of JP40 double-sided offset press inking system is developed. It calculated 5 static capability and 2 dynamic capability of both the front and back system. Especially, in the mode of response time and steady time, it gave the results of the front and back ink road separately whether considering the ink gravity or not. It can improve the efficiency of design, can satisfy especial request of corporation and can provide good platform for corporation to design and improve the inking system.
