【摘要】 本文主要是研究民航空域系统在社会经济效益方面的评估方法,分别采用模糊数学和灰色系统理论两种方法对其进行了评估。首先概述了到现阶段有关民航空域系统经济性研究的国内外状况,针对我国空域的情况和特点,介绍了论文的研究背景和目的意义;其次,阐述了有关民航空域系统社会经济效益的一些基本概念,确定并分析其主要影响因素;再次,提出了系统评价的发展目标及评价主体,并依此建立评价指标体系;随后,使用层次分析法结合物元分析法确定各级评价指标的权重,提出并运用模糊综合评价模型和灰色系统综合评价模型对系统社会经济效益进行综合评估;最后针对两种评估方法得出的结果加以对比分析,指出现阶段我国民航空域系统在社会经济效益方面存在的不足,并提出今后改正并完善的几点建议。研究表明,两种评估方法得出的结果基本上一致,对实际工作有一定的理论指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The assessment methods of social economic benefit in the civil aviation airspace system are the main subjects studied in this paper. The social economic benefit of the airspace system in the civil aviation is evaluated by fuzzy mathematics and grey system theory.Firstly, the domestic and overseas research about the social economic benefit of the airspace system is briefly reviewed, and the background and significance of the paper are introduced in allusion to our civil aviation airspace system. Secondly, some basic concepts relating on airspace system and its social economic benefit are expatiated, the leading factors influencing its social economic benefit are confirmed and analyzed. Thirdly, the developmental arm and evaluation body are put forward, the evaluation index system is set up. Subsequently, indexes are analyzed, weighting fixed by AHP method and matter element analysis method, and the social economic benefit of the civil aviation airspace system is evaluated by fuzzy integrated evaluation modeling and grey system comprehensive evaluation modeling. Finally, the results of the two assessment methods are contrasted, based on the results the disadvantages of the present civil aviation airspace system are pointed out, and some suggestions are put forward in order to be corrected and perfect. Though the research, the results of the two assessment methods are consistent, and some theoretical instructions and practical meanings have provided.更多还原
