欧式木窗数控铣榫机设计理论

【摘要】 随着木工机械行业不断发展,数控铣榫机成为当今木工机械的一个热点,很多木工机械厂都在生产铣榫机。本文在总结多种数控机床的控制原理和机械结构的基础上,设计了适用于欧式木窗的多功能数控铣榫机,使普及型欧式木窗数控加工能够在相对经济的数控机床上加工,降低了欧式木窗的成本,使其得以普及。本文分析了数控铣榫机的铣削原理,对铣榫时的力和功率做了初步计算,分析了铣榫用的盘状多刃铣刀、三刃柄铣刀及偏心柄铣刀等刀具,对其结构和性能作了细致的研究。进行了数控机床的机械部分的设计,尤其对其关键部分如主轴、导轨等作了细致的分析论证。对铣削加工的榫形作了数学描述,并根据榫形的数学模型生成铣削时的刀具轨迹。在对微机系统总线和接口技术研究的基础上,确定了接口卡设计方案,进行了数控铣榫机接口卡设计,绘制了接口卡的原理图,并对所用芯片进行分析说明。在数控插补程序中,应用了最小偏差法进行插补计算。在以上研究的基础上,对数控软件进行了总体设计。

【Abstract】 With the development of the woodworking machinery industry, computer numerical controlled mill-tenon machine becomes the new focus of woodworking industry. Summarizing many kinds of numerical controlled machines, the mill-tenon machine for the Europe-fashion wood windows was designed, making this kind of windows produced by the low-cost machine and used widely. The cost of wood windows is reduced, so the Europe-fashion wood windows are widely accepted.Based on the analysis of the milling theory of the mill-tenon machine, the cutting force and power are calculated. The structure and capability of milling tools (including multi-blade mill-cutter, three-blade handle mill-cutter and eccentric mill-cutter) are analyzed. The mechanism system of the machine is designed, especially the principle axis and track are analyzed deeply. The tenons are depicted in mathematics, and according to the mathematic model, the cutting tracks are formed. With the research of computer system bus and interface technology, the interface card project is formed, card designed, principle drawings drawn, chips illuminated. The Least Difference Theory is applied in the interpolation program. Based on all about these, the numerical control software is compiled generally.
