低压电网多目标控制短路电流限制器的研究

【摘要】 本课题研究的新型FCL是FACTS技术的一种,是一个综合应用技术,通过在线路中注入一定幅值,相位的电压来控制系统中的电压、电流,可以解决电力系统方面的很多问题。论文主要实现了在不同系统故障条件下,FCL的多目标控制算法,并为物理模型的研发提供优化的拓扑结构及参数。主要工作如下:详细的介绍了当前故障限流器的研究现状以及课题的目的和意义;研究了课题提出的多目标控制FCL的基本结构,工作原理及补偿方式;对装置的控制方法和补偿策略进行了分析,并对各种控制方法进行比较,建立了单相的系统模型,并对仿真结果进行了分析;对装置的能量控制环节进行了分析,并对提出的控制方案进行了验证;最后,对所研究的新型限流方式和多目标控制方式在今后的应用进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The new type FCL this paper presented is one kind of FACTS, which is an integrated application technology. It could solve many kinds of problems resisted in power system, such as voltage sag and harmonics, by injected a proper voltage vector which is required. This paper mainly achieved the multiple objective controlled algorithms during different kinds of system malfunction, and supplied the optimized topology and parameter. The main job of this paper is as follows: Introduced the actuality of fault current limiter in detail, the current research actuality as well as the reason and meaning to investigate on this topic; Do research on and presented the basic structure, principle of operation and mechanism of compensation of this multiple objective controlled FCL. And then compared many kinds of control strategies and established a single phase model on the theory which presented before; Analyzed the energy management part of this device, and find a way to solve the problem, and then demonstrated the method; Prospected the application of this new theory.
