高中物理教学中提高学生元认知水平的实践研究

【摘要】 高中生学习物理存在着困难,问题之一在于许多人不会学习。现在是知识日新月异的时代,要求人们具有终身学习的意识和能力。基础教育承担着培养学生具有终身学习能力的任务。元认知理论和实践研究说明,提高元认知水平是使学生学会学习的重要途径。如何在高中物理教学中提高学生元认知水平,本研究在分析已有相关研究成果的基础上提出:应将元认知实践与课堂教学有机结合起来;从学科教学内容中挖掘进行元认知培养的因素;使元认知实践更贴近学生学习物理的过程;并努力提高学生提高自身元认知水平的自觉性。据此,本论文提出如下三个提高学生元认知水平的途径并展开了实践研究:(1)通过元认知讲座与交流提高学生的元认知水平(2)通过结合物理学史的元认知分析提高学生的元认知水平(3)通过解题过程中自我提问提高学生元认知水平采用实验对照,问卷前后测差值比较得出的结论是:以上三个途径对于提高学生的元认知水平均有效,根据问卷三个维度来看,各有侧重。

【Abstract】 The high-school pupil studies physics to have the difficulty, one of questions lies in many people not to be able to study.Now is the time which the knowledge changes with each new day, requests the people to have the lifelong study consciousness and ability.The elementary education undertakes is training the student to have the lifelong learning capability duty.The metacognition theory and the practice research explanation, raises the metacognition level causes the important way which the student academic society studies.How raises the student metacognition level in the high school physics teaching, this research had in the correlation research results foundation in the analysis to propose: Should the metacognition practice and the classroom instruction organic synthesis; Excavates from the discipline course content carries on the metacognition raise the factor; Causes the metacognition practice to draw close to the student to study physical the process; And enhances the student to raise own metacognition level diligently. According to the above, the present paper proposed following three raised the student metacognition level the way and has launched the practice research:(1)Raises student’s metacognition level through the metacognition course and the exchange(2) Raises student’s metacognition level through the union physics history metacognition analysis(3) The self-inquiry raises the student metacognition level through the problem solving process in to use the experiment to compare, around the questionnaire measured the comparison obtains the conclusion is: Above three ways regarding enhance student’s metacognition water average to be effective, looked according to the questionnaire three latitudes, has the stress respectively.
