新形势下人民内部矛盾问题论析

【摘要】 正确处理人民内部矛盾一直是我国政治生活的主题。在社会主义市场经济条件下,人民内部矛盾急剧增加,呈现出错综复杂的局面,具有许多新的表现、新的特点。正确认识和处理新形势下的人民内部矛盾,对于促进中国特色社会主义的健康发展具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以新形势下我国经济、政治、思想文化领域的社会现实为背景,揭示了我国新形势下面临的各种人民内部矛盾,通过研究这些矛盾的新形式、新特点以及产生的根源,提出一系列正确处理人民内部矛盾、推进社会主义和谐社会构建的对策。本文共分三部分:第一部分:阐述了人民内部矛盾理论的形成与发展及其在新形势下的指导意义。新形势下人民内部矛盾的内容已经发生了很大的变化,但是正确处理新形势下的人民内部矛盾仍然是中国社会政治生活的主题,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。第二部分:分析了新形势下人民内部矛盾的主要表现、特点及其产生原因。人民内部矛盾是一个错综复杂、不断发展变化的体系,在社会发展的不同时期具有不同表现。新形势下的人民内部矛盾在经济、政治、思想、文化等领域都有不同的表现形式,其特点主要表现为:利益矛盾凸现;干群矛盾突出;矛盾成因复杂,不同类型矛盾互相交织;群体性事件增多;斗争形式的对抗性增强。产生这些矛盾的根源在于:社会生产力的总体落后;改革引起的利益关系格局的重大调整;市场经济体制改革的不到位,政治体制改革的滞后;思想政治工作弱化,官僚腐败现象的存在。第三部分:论述了新形势下正确处理人民内部矛盾的原则和途径。新形势下的人民内部矛盾是一个复杂的系统工程,因而解决这些矛盾所采取的方法也必然是多种多样的。要综合采取各种手段、各种方法配套进行,标本兼治。要坚持正确处理人民内部矛盾的基本原则,建立利益协调机制,根本缓解人民内部矛盾;建立诉求表达机制,合理化解人民内部矛盾;建立矛盾调处机制,及时处理人民内部矛盾;建立权益保障机制,积极预防人民内部矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 Correctly handle internal contradictions among the people has been the subject of China’s political life. In the socialist market economy, people’s internal contradictions dramatic increase, showing a complicated situation, with many new performance, new features. Correctly understand and handle the new situation of internal contradictions among the people, promote the building of a harmonious socialist society is of great practical significance .Regarding our country’s economy, politics, culture and society as the background since reform and opening-up, this article has announced various contradictions among the people and disharmonious factor faced in constructing the socialist harmonious society of our country in the new period, This article find the contradictory new form, new characteristic, as well as the root of contradictions. At last, we proposes a series of countermeasures of advancing socialism harmonious society’s constructing.On the internal contradictions among the people of the formation and development in the new situation of guiding significance. It is very important to deal internal contradictions among the people. Under the new situation, the contradictions among the people content has already greatly changed. But correctly deal the contradictions among the people under the new situation still was the Chinese society and political life’s subject. Correctly deal the contradictions among the people is the important safeguard of constructing the socialism harmonious society.Analyze the contradictory new form, new characteristic, as well as the root of contradictions. Internal contradictions among the people is a complex and ever-changing system, thoroughly analyze the contradictions among the people under the new situation is the premise of correctly deal it. Contradictions among the people Under the new situation in domain and so on economy, politic, culture, thought all have the different manifestation, its characteristic highlights the benefit relevance , contradictory increases, the antagonism strengthens, the nation and religion problems have increased. The contradictory root is the social productive forces behind the overall reform pattern of interest between a major readjustment in the market reform of the economic system in place, and the lagging reform of the political system, weakening the ideological and political work, bureaucracy The existence of the phenomena of corruption.Proposing the countermeasure of correctly dealing the contradictions among the people society. First we must persist humanist, realization scientific. under the new situation, internal contradictions among the people is a complex system engineering, we must resolve these contradictions by the vary approach. Comprehensive measures should be taken, the various methods for supporting the immediate and underlying causes. So, we should stick to the basic principles of handling internal contradictions among the people , to establish mechanisms for coordination of interests and alleviate the internal contradictions among the people, to establish a mechanism for expression of demands and reasonable resolve internal contradictions among the people, to establish a mechanism for conflict mediation and timely process internal contradictions among the people, to establish a protection mechanism and actively prevent the people’s internal contradictions.更多还原
