【摘要】 随着社会与经济的快速发展,城市人口老龄化形势的日益严峻,家庭养老功能日趋弱化,家庭养老资源日渐不足。居家养老并不等同于传统意义的家庭养老,它是家庭养老与社会养老的结合,是一种社会化的养老方式,无论从我国国情出发,还是从老年人的养老观念考虑,居家养老模式将是众多老年人的主要养老模式。本文运用社会保障学、社会学、老年社会学、公共管理学等相关理论,采取比较分析、实证分析、文献分析等方法,通过对我国居家养老现状的实证分析,深入剖析了我国居家养老存在的问题:服务经费有限,筹资渠道单一;服务内容局限;服务质量不同,缺乏统一评价;缺乏专业的服务人员。本文针对以上问题提出了完善居家养老模式的思考与建议。本文第一章阐述了选题的背景、意义和研究方法,对文章的基本框架和主要创新点进行了介绍。第二章在文献的收集和整理的基础上,分析了居家养老的基本含义,意义,并对居家养老相关理论进行了总结和评述。第三章主要是通过介绍发达国家居家养老的现状,分析了其对我国发展居家养老的借鉴。第四章主要是通过对我国目前发达地区的居家养老模式的实证分析比较,并结合我国一些发达地区居家养老的实践,总结了经验,对我国居家养老发展现状进行了剖析。第五章分析了我国目前居家养老存在的问题,提出了在全国推广和发展居家养老模式的设想和对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fastd evelopment of the society and economy,the city aging situation is becoming in creasingly severe,the function of the family parents-supporting weakening,and the family parents-supporting resources being insufficient.Housing supporting for the aged isn’t the traditional family parents-supporting.It ’s acombination of parents-supporting both by the family and by the society.It’s a socialized way of parents-supporting,with old people’s housing demand as the prerequisite,with the endowment assurance as the foundation.Proceeding from the national conditions of our country, from the old people’s concept of parents-supporting,the housing supporting for the aged would become the main parents-supporting pattern for mst old people. This thesis uses such relevant theories as S ocial Security,Sociology,Senior Citizen Sociology and Public Management, and uses such methods as comparative analysis,investigating analysis and documents analysis. By observing and studying the current situation of the development of china’s old-age communities,we also analyses the problems lie in the going of the housing supporting for aged care: lack of fund, further improvement of service content, diversity of service quality,the low socialization level,lack of professional staff and so on. Then, give some suggestions and ways on the perfection of housing supporting for aged care service.It organizing its chapter as follows:chapter one, is introduction,including the raise of the subject,source of date,means of study,research method,the main innovation of study. Chapter two,expounds theories of housing supporting for the aged,including its implication,literature review,significance of housing supporting for the aged.Chapter three,analyzes the status of housing supporting for the aged in foreign country,summarizes the experiences of them.Chapter four,introduces the different pattern of housing supporting for the aged in chinese city,get some useful inspirations from these practises.Chapter five,profoundly studies the existing problems of housing supporting for the aged and proposes measures to improve housing supporting for the aged.更多还原
