【摘要】 生产企业及商业企业在买方市场条件下,必须以多品种,小批量的作业方式适应市场,这就要求企业必须降低库存,减少固定资金和资产的占用,加大销售力度。而现代物流业以及物流合作则为企业提供了解决这些问题的良好途径,有利于企业提高利润、降低成本;同时让生产企业专注拓展主业,提高企业竞争力。现代物流业是一种高增值产业,通过信息与物流技术充分整合从生产、制造到销售环节中各领域资源,使物的流通达到效益与效率的最大化。本文从分析环北部湾地区的物流市场环境出发,对环北部湾物流合作现状进行了论述,包括环北部湾物流合作的基础,物流合作的条件,物流合作现状与问题,以及进一步合作所遇到的挑战。在此基础上提出环北部湾地区从点到线,从线到面的合作模式,即“节点—联结—网络”合作模式;提出了以第三方物流企业为核心的合作模式,即第三方物流联盟,其形成有两种方式,一是通过功能整合可以实现物流服务的一体化能力,二是通过横向整合实现物流规模扩张和物流服务网络化。只有通过合作,才能够使环北部湾地区物流企业、专业机构和政府多方面主体深入融合,才可以提升环北部湾地区的物流业规模,降低企业的生产成本和交易成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Production enterprises and commercial enterprises must be variety and take low-volume practices in a buyer’s market conditions, enterprises must reduce inventories, reduce capital and fixed assets of the occupation and increase sales efforts. Modern logistics industry and logistics cooperation of enterprises can provide the solutions to solve these problems, help enterprises improve their profits and have lower costs. While manufacturing enterprises can focus on expanding the main industry and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Modern logistics industry is a high value-added industries through information technology and logistics fully integrate the production, manufacturing and selling’s resources, that can maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of circulation.In this paper, through the analysis of Northern Gulf region’s logistics market environment, basis for cooperation in logistics, logistics cooperation’s challenges and principles of logistics cooperation, the author proposed Northern Gulf region from point to the line, from the line to network cooperation Mode, that is nodes - link - Network mode of cooperation, integration model between the third-party logistics enterprises, namely logistics Union. There are two ways of logistics Union’s formation. First, integration can be achieved through the integration of the logistics capacity; the second way is to achieve integration through horizontal expansion of logistics services and logistics network. Only through cooperation we can make the Northern Gulf area’s logistics enterprises, professional organizations and governments have a deep integration, we can enhance Northern Gulf region’s logistics industry in size, reduce manufacturing costs of production and business transaction costs.更多还原
