空管系统中雷达告警技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 近年来我国航空运输业高速发展,对空中交通管制系统提出了许多新要求。本文基于作者在工作期间参加的西南地区管制雷达语音气象处理系统方案的研发工作,主要探讨了空中交通管制系统中告警处理的关键技术。空中告警技术处理是空中交通管制系统中的重要组成部分。本文在以往成果的基础上,结合航空器的飞行特点,进行了深入细致的研究,并对航空器与地面障碍物之间、航空器之间的防相撞处理,以及航空器侵入区域的预、告警处理,提出了一套行之有效的处理方法,主要研究内容如下:(1)最低安全高度告警的搜索算法。提出了最低安全高度防冲突的搜索方法和检测方法,用马赛克算法将地形分成若干马赛克块,探测采用光栅图形学中直线或圆弧的绘制算法进行搜索以避免冲突。从而为保障低空飞行的安全奠定了基础。(2)短期冲突告警研究。讨论了空管系统中短期冲突避让的一般方法,冲突告警检测依据雷达航迹进行,并将航空器的飞行姿态与其三维安全间隔相结合;对潜在冲突航迹进行精细冲突预测,证实冲突的存在。检测方法有当前间距及飞行趋势线性外推预测和因机动导致的危险接近检测。还详细研究了几种典型的短期冲突目标状态预推告警算法的实现。(3)区域侵入告警研究。讨论了区域侵入告警的基本准则及一般方法,并对各种区域进行比较,针对不同的区域特点,得出了目标与区域之间的状态关系,从而判定目标是否处于需警戒的状态。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the increasing of air traffic, some new requirements are put forward for Air Traffic Control(ATC) system. This thesis bases on the work that I’ve done when I was a membership in ATMB. This thesis mainly discusses the key technologies of avoiding the collision of aircraft &the collision of airplane and barrier of ground in ATC system.Technologies of avoiding the collision of aircraft &the collision of aircraft and barrier processing is one of the most important parts in ATC system. This thesis bases on prevenient fruits and the new characters of flying aircraft. The main contents are presented in the following:(1) Minimum Safety Altitude Warning (MSAW) Research. It is proposing an searching and inspecting method of avoiding collusion minimum safety altitude. This thesis handle Masic algorithm that divide terrain into a good many of Masci pieces, adopt the protract arithmetic of cirque or beeline into searching for avoid the air-traffic conflict .All those is the base of safe flying.(2) Short Term Conflict Alert (STCA) Research. The method avoid the collision between aircrafts through short term conflict alert research . The fusing the flying state of aircraft and solid interval space, solving the collision airplane, researching several typical goal state arithmetic, those are proposed in the thesis.This paper links conflict detection to flight posture of the aircraft. The difference standard values of different flight posture are not only applied to report and emergency and ask for help or increased vigilance and detection algorithms in the present position, but also applied to the algorithms of predicting vertical and horizontal interval ,the conflict detection algorithm becomes more rational and accurate .In fly of examining .the algorithm makes better result.(3) Invasion Area Warning Research, researching basic rule and general of area alert , and compare various areas , aim at the characters the different area, which calculate the state of airplane and area. According to this , we can judge whether the goal is the alert state.
