权控制沟槽式智能冲水器设计与实现

【摘要】 沟槽式公厕普遍使用的是虹吸式全自动冲水箱,这类冲水箱全天不间断冲水,水资源浪费非常严重。目前国内在沟槽式公厕上节水技术有了突破,研发出了智能化的节水设备。但这类智能节水设备不能利用现有的沟槽式公厕的虹吸式全自动冲水箱对公厕进行改造;红外传感检测器灵敏度较低、误检率较高,因而系统现场实时监测能力较差;冲水机理与复杂多变的入厕情况不吻合,导致不该冲厕而又冲厕的误冲厕、该冲厕而又没有冲厕的漏冲厕和冲厕不及时的现象频繁出现;在断电但是有水的情况下不能冲厕,或者不能自动冲厕,导致厕所环境卫生极差。有的智能冲水器为了能达到智能控制的目的,上水阀与下水阀均采用了电磁阀,弊端是冲厕时冲力小,冲力小可增大电磁阀口径,但这又增加了制造成本。有的公司为了增大冲厕时的冲力,投入巨额资金研发大口径的虹吸式电磁阀作下水阀。本论文正是针对上述问题,以确保冲厕及时、高效、环保、杜绝误冲厕、漏冲厕、提高节水率为主要研究内容。主要研究内容有:1.权控快启动技术研究一种快启动冲厕技术,以解决现有智能冲水器在利用普通冲水箱时冲水不及时的缺憾。水箱主要储水由水箱自储水控制电路控制储水,冲水指令到来后仅需至多5秒的权注水即可开启虹吸阀向厕所冲水,冲水及时、高效。此项技术解决现有智能冲水器在利用普通虹吸式冲水箱时冲水不及时的缺憾。2.入厕人流量现场实时监测技术研究高灵敏度、低误检率的红外传感器,以解决漏冲厕、误冲厕技术难关。3.延时优选节水技术研究一种冲水机理,解决高低峰期冲厕的冲突问题。4.防水箱渗流技术研究水箱水密技术和软件技术,以解决水箱内的水长时间存放时水因渗漏而不能及时冲厕的问题。5.防无水空冲水技术研究一种断电自动断电的技术,解决管网无水时控制器频繁启动检测有无水,造成的耗电、缩短控制器及电磁阀使用寿命的问题。6.水箱自储放水控制技术研究水箱主储水的电路控制技术,解决储水时占用CPU时间,因而造成的现场实时监测能力弱的问题。7.人工智能模糊识别技术研究能根据入厕实时情况自动冲厕的技术,智能判断入厕的高峰期和低峰期,解决误判造成的误冲厕、漏冲厕问题。8.断电自动入水管道转换技术研究一种入水管道自动转换技术,控制断电后自来水从另一个入水管道进入水箱,解决现有智能冲水器在断电后不能自动冲厕的缺憾。
