中山市交警支队OA系统的开发与研究

【摘要】 网络通信技术和INTERNET的高速发展,使办公自动化概念的内涵得到了极大的扩展,现代意义的办公自动化已成为综合计算机技术、通信技术、系统科学、行为科学等学科的科学技术,它把基于不同技术的办公设备,用联网的方式连成一体,将语言、图像、数据、文字处理等功能组合在一个系统中,形成一个事务处理能力强、工作效率高、信息流转快、决策科学的体系。本文是以中山交警OA系统为实例,提出了现代交警办公自动化的构想,论述了交警办公自动化所涉及的新技术,然后从交警办公自动化系统的应用现状出发,结合最新的网络技术、办公自动化应用开发技术以及网络应用技术,提出集成了话音网络、办公自动化应用和道路监控网络的城市交警办公自动化系统解决方案。办公自动化系统能否高效运行,一方面要保证其技术先进性和经济可行性,另一个更重要的方面是拥有一批高素质的信息管理人才,并得到各级领导的重视,这样才能使OA系统发挥应有的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of network communication technology and Internet, the concept of Office Automation (OA) has been widened greatly. Modern OA has become a comprehensive science technology which consists of computer technology, communication technology, system science, behavior science and so on. It combines language, graph, data, word processing and other functions of office equipments basing on different technologies together through network, making a system with strong business processing ability, high working efficiency, fast information flow and scientific decision making.This article takes the OA system of Zhongshan Traffic Police Office as an example. It provides a prospect for modern OA system of Traffic Police Office by introducing the new technology involved. In addition, it offers a solution which integrates tone network, OA application and path monitoring network to the OA system of Traffic Police Office through analyzing its present situation, the newest network technology, OA application and development technology and network application technology.The highly efficient operation of an OA system requires not only advanced technology and economic support, but also information management talents and relevant official support from different departments.更多还原
