不确定性环境下军用电子元器件通用化策略研究

【摘要】 供应链的不确定性存在于供应链的每一个环节之中,这些不确定性直接影响着供应链的运行效果,而军用电子元器件供应链由于其特殊性,其间的不确定性更是困扰着相关企业,如何减轻甚至消除不确定性的影响是相关军品企业一直在探索的问题,本文针对军用电子元器件供应链中的不确定性,就可以采用的通用化策略作了一些工作。本文首先通过收集、查阅国内外的相关资料和文献,了解研究的现状、存在的问题,吸取前人的研究成果,分析其不足,为本文的后续研究奠定理论基础。然后分析了存在于供应链中的不确定性因素的来源以及表现和特征,特别是针对军用电子元器件供应链,讨论了其中的不确定性因素并分析了原因,并提出了相应的解决办法。本文重点研究了军用电子元器件供应链面对不确定性因素可以采用的通用化策略,以军用电子元器件供应链中的核心——军用电子产品整机制造企业为研究突破点,对通用化的意义、通用化实施的方法和步骤、通用化实施中存在的问题进行了详细的分析并提出了相应的建议。同时还使用了产品通用化程度的量化分析模型,帮助整机制造商对通用化的实施进行有效的量化评估。本文是一篇关于利用通用化策略降低军用电子元器件供应链中不确定性因素影响的论文。文中所应用的研究方法和相应措施,对于军用电子元器件供应链尤其是军用电子产品整机制造商具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Uncertainty exists all the links of supply chain, and influences the good running effect of it. The supply chain of military electronic components is very particularity, so it’s more uncertainty in the links that has puzzled enterprises. Specialists have been exploring effective measures to reduce or eliminate the uncertain influences to the military supply chain. Aims at these uncertainties of military supply chain, the paper does general strategies to these uncertainties that enterprises can adopt.The paper through collecting and looking up literatures and related information, to understand the research actuality and existing problems, assimilate and analyze research production of predecessors, as the basic theories of following research. To analyze and search the sources, representations and characters of uncertain factor in the supply chain, especially for military electronic components supply chain, in which some unique uncertain factors are confirmed that the reasons are analyzed in this paper, finally present the solutions.The paper studies on adoptable general strategies that solving these uncertain factors for military electronic components supply chain, in particular for the core of the supply chain——the enterprises that manufacture complete military electronic machine. The paper detailed analyzes significance, implementation measures and implementation procedures, and problems in the implementation of generalization, and puts forward the suggestions. At the same time author use quantified analysis model that help complete machine manufacturers to quantified evaluate the generalization of the implementation.This paper is about using general strategies to reduce uncertain factors for military electronic components supply chain. The research methods and improvement measures in it have consultative value in some extent for military electronic components supply chain, especially for military electronic product complete machine manufacturers.更多还原
