基于MATLAB/xPC的TPMS数据采集与处理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 汽车的安全行驶一直以来都是人们所关注的热点问题。汽车高速行驶时,爆胎是引起恶性交通事故的主要原因之一。轮胎在非正常气压下,尤其是低气压下长时间高速行驶是造成爆胎的最主要原因。如何有效地避免轮胎故障,是一个亟待解决的问题。轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)应运而生,各国掀起了研究的高潮。而间接轮胎压力监测系统凭借其成本低,性能稳定,安装方便的优势,必将得到消费者的信赖而普及。要设计出精度高的间接轮胎压力监测系统,需要采集大量数据,对相关参数的算法进行对比和改进,找到最为精确的算法和参数值。本文采用科研领域广泛应用的、功能强大的MATLAB软件及其仿真工具箱Simulink、Real-time Workshop、xPCTarget研究开发了针丈接轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)的数据采集与处理系统。首先利用Simulink工具箱建立TPMS系统所需参数的处理方法仿真模型;然后构建了基于MATLAB/xPCTarget的硬件平台,并结合所建立的仿真模型完成了整个数据采集与处理系统的开发;最后,通过实车实验,实时地采集数据,对系统的采集和处理数据功能进行验证。整个系统将数据采集、模型建立、数据处理和实时仿真融为一体,能够方便的调整参数,优化算法,模块化设计TPMS。这些优点为TPMS的设计奠定了基础。利用xPC的信号跟踪模式,可在程序实时运行过程中获取信号并进行可视化;还可对参数进行交互式调整,方便观察参数对模型的影响,验证了该系统的优越性。本系统还可以输入其它车辆信号,完成数据采集、显示、记录、曲线拷贝等功能,加上友好的界面,本系统也非常适合于教学演示。
【Abstract】 The safety of driving a car is a hotspot to people. When a car is running at a high speed, tire blowout is one of the main reasons of the malignant traffic accidents. Running at a high speed for long hours under abnormal pressure, particularly low pressure, is the most primary cause of tire blowout. How to avoid tyre fault effectively is an urgent problem to be solved. Tyre pressure monitoring system emerges as time requires. The research climax is lifted in different countries. By right of advantages of low cost, stable performance and convenient installation, the indirect tyre pressure monitoring system will certainly be popular by getting consumers trust.Designing a high-precision tyre pressure monitoring system, needs to contrast and improve the calculation methods of correlated parameters by collecting a lot of data, and needs to find the most accurate calculation method and values of parameters. This paper uses matlab and its simulation toolbox-Simulink, Real-time Workshop, xPC Target, which is of powerful functions and widely used in research field, to develop a data acquisition and processing system for TPMS.At first, established the simulation models of parameter processing methods using simulink toolbox for TPMS; then constructed a hardware platform based on MATLAB/xPC Target and developed the data acquisition and processing system based on the simulation models. At last, verified functions of data acquisition and processing system by real vehicle test and collecting data in real-time, The system unitizes the data acquisition, model establishing and real-time simulation. It can adjust parameters conveniently and can optimize algorithm. The system modularized the design of tyre pressure monitoring system and laid a foundation for it. Using the tracking mode of xPC, the system can obtain signals and make it visible in the process of running programs in real-time. It can also adjust parameters interactively, so we can observe the influence of the parameters on simulation models conveniently, verifying the advantages of the data acquisition and processing system.The system can also input other vehicle signals, accomplish functions of data acquisition, display, memorizing and copying figure. Adding its friendly interface, this system is also very bit for teaching demonstration.
