珠海宝镜湾摩崖石刻画防风化保护研究

【摘要】 本文以珠海宝镜湾石刻画为例,对潮湿地区露天环境下石质文物的保进行了研究。研究内容包括文物价值调查、文物环境调查、病害分析、保护材料选择以及遗址保护的综合手段设计。在对石刻画进行历史、现状、环境、病害等调查研究基础上,找到了病害产生的主要原因,提出了保护的思路。根据国内外石质文物化学保护的经验,选择了若干常用的加固与防水材料,并根据石刻画保护的需要进行筛选。这些保护材料主要为有机硅和氟硅烷,通过室内试验以多种指标(颜色变化、抗压强度变化、接触角、吸水率、耐水、耐冻、耐盐、耐酸等)对加固和防水材料进行了初步筛选,并通过现场试验进一步对材料进行检验,在此基础上找到了可用的加固和防水材料,经过试验筛选,认为:MTES和R300等材料可做石刻画的加固材料;MTES、WD-10、F8815、F8261等有很好的防水效果,可做石刻画的防水保护材料。同时也对生物防治材料进行了筛选。石刻画的环境条件复杂,所以保护需要采取多种手段。在考虑化学保护的基础上,结合具体情况提出了构筑保护棚、修筑隔水和排水设施等保护手段,并提出了相应的建议。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this research is to present a feasible preservation program for Zhuhai Baojingwan Stone Carvings, as well as a reference for the conservation of stone heritage sites at the outdoor of humid region. The research includes valve assessment, environmental influence, causes of deterioration, choice of chemical treatments and comprehensive technical intervention. On the basis of investigating and research of the stone cavings’ history, existing condition, environment and deterioration, main causes of deterioration are found out and some feasible conservation measures are proposed.According to current researches on stone heritage sites, several in-common-use conservation products, such as silicone and fluosilicate, are evaluated. Properties of these materials, such as chromatic aberration, compressive strength, contact angle, water absorption, resistance to water, salt acid and freezing, are measured in laboratory. Then further tests are carried out in site. Based on these tests, MTES and R300 are suitable as consolidants, and MTES, F8815, F8261 as water repellents. The selection of biocide materials are also carried out.As the environment of the stone carvings is complicated and very humid, it needs various conservation measures at one time. Besides chemical treatments, some technical measures are also suggested, such as shedding, improving waterproof equipment and building water-isolating groove, etc.
