【摘要】 外来有害生物给生物多样性、生态环境、人们的生产、生活等方面造成了巨大影响,随着我国加入WTO、经济与贸易的高速增长,防范外来有害生物入侵的形势更加严峻。阻止外来有害生物入侵最有效的途径是阻止其进入国门,一旦发现应立刻扑灭。因此,掌握外来有害生物的基本信息、发现有害生物时如何快速扑灭显得尤为重要。防范外来有害生物不能仅靠植检部门和专家的研究努力,需要全社会的共同参与。本系统以增强全社会防范外来有害生物意识为出发点,在软件工程思想的指导下,利用先进的网络技术,通过共享信息系统平台的构建,开发出基于Web的江苏省重要外来有害生物管理信息系统,向广大用户提供外来有害生物的基本信息,同时提供及时扑灭外来有害生物的应急预案以供相关部门及人员参考。系统具体内容如下:(1)业界动态:提供全球范围内外来有害生物的发生动态、疫情扩散信息,全球范围内重大外来有害生物入侵事件的跟踪报道,外来有害生物领域的最新研究成果等内容。(2)入侵生物:提供对我国有潜在危害、或正在危害的外来有害生物的详细信息,包括外来有害生物的形态特征、寄主范围、危害、生物学、生态学习性、检验防治方法等内容。(3)法规名单:收集国际国内有关生物入侵的法律法规及我国发布的检疫性有害生物名单等内容,为用户提供法律法规的在线浏览及下载服务。(4)应急预案:根据江苏省外来有害生物入侵的现状,针对美国白蛾、稻水象甲、红火蚁、西花蓟马、福寿螺制定了快速控制应急预案,发布到网络并提供下载服务,供相关部门及个人参考。(5)科普园地:主要是向用户介绍有害生物入侵的基础知识,植物检疫方面的基础知识等,做到与系统定位的一致。(6)业界专家:整理了业界专家的基本资料,经严格审查后,录入数据库,根据用户的具体请求,利用动态服务器技术,生成页面,提供给用户。(7)交流平台:所设论坛为广大网友进行交流提供方便,也是用户对系统的功能和版式设计上意见的反馈途径,论坛中不但可以讨论有害生物方面的内容,也可以交流日常生活中的点滴,用户生活中若是在有害生物方面有所发现,可以发贴到论坛大家一起讨论交流。基于Web的江苏省重要外来有害生物管理信息系统是在搜集外来有害生物的属性信息和管理信息的基础上,利用先进的网络技术开发的外来有害生物管理平台,为全社会防范外来有害生物做一些基础性工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alien species are harmful to the bio-diversity, entironment, and people’s production and living. With joined the WTO and the fast growth of economy, the work that hold the alien species out of our country become hard than before. The most effective way to control the alien species is to stop them before they entry and eradicate quickly when you find them. So, the essential data of the alien species and how to eradicate them quickly is very important, it calls for everyone’s efforts but not think that the work is just the job of the plant quarantine and the studies of experts.With the guidance of software engineering and the common share information is available, the web-based MIS (Management Information System) about the important alien species in Jiangsu province was developed, and the particular information of the alien species and how to eradicate them effectively and quickly are provided to support the user to make decision. This MIS contains the following below:(1) Dynamic information of this field. The news of the alien species of the world and the latest research in this field are contained in this part.(2) Alien species. The information, for example, modality, host, damage, biology, ecology, that of the alien species, which are causing great damage or will cause great damage, are provided for users.(3) Law & list. The international and domestic law about the alien species and the list of the quarantine pest of China are offered; users can browse them online or download them.(4) Emergent project. Aim to eradicate these alien species quickly and effectively, the emergent project against Hyphantria cunea (Drury), Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel and the other alien species are provided to support to make decision, and users can download them.(5) Popular nursing science. The basic knowledge of the alien species and plant quarantine are introduced in this part.(6) Experts in this field. The name and the research field of these experts are introduced that users could talk with them about the alien species.(7) The platform for communication. Users could talk with each other in this forum about the alien species and their lives.This MIS is based on the collection of the fundamental data and the management data of these alien species; it is just the fundamental work to strengthen the consciousness of everyone against the alien species.更多还原
