我国高校学生管理模式研究

【摘要】 随着高等教育改革的不断深入,我国高校学生管理工作发生了很大变化,原有的学生管理弊端也日益呈现。近些年高校连续扩招,学生数量迅速增长,新生素质构成趋向复杂化,使得高校学生的日常管理和思想政治教育的工作量相应增大。同时,市场经济的发展,高校体制改革、收费制度的实行、就业方式转换、学分制的施行等等给大学生的思想观念、心理问题、价值取向带来了影响,也给学生管理理念、模式等带来了困难。所有这些新情况、新问题都迫切要求高校学生管理者总结经验,探索适应不同类型高校的学生管理模式。论文应用文献检索法、比较研究法、案例分析法,首先分析了我国高校学生管理存在的内涵、问题,系统地梳理了我国高校学生管理的历史演进过程。其次,应用比较研究法,通过对不同类型高校学生管理模式的分析,提出了研究型、教学研究型及教学型高校学生管理的特点、利弊及采取的相应对策,并运用案例分析法分别列举三所高校进行阐述。最后,面对当前我国高校学生管理模式的一些问题,提出了创新我国高校学生管理模式的一些对策。在管理理念上,建议学生工作者服务和引导并重,树立以学生为本的思想,注重体现学生的主体地位。在学生管理手段上,实行多样化,如创立学生管理的网络化、建设浓厚的校园文化氛围、注重学生心理健康的发展、培养学生的自我管理、对学生创建个体管理及以宿舍为单位的学生管理模式等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous further reform of higher education, great changes have happened in the management of students of institution of higher learning in our country. Enlarging the enrolment of institutions of higher learning has rapidly increased the quantity of the students. The complex qualities of the new members make the regular management and education both in ideology and politics of students increase the activity accordingly. Meanwhile, with the development of the market economy, the reform of system in institution of higher learning and the implement of collecting fees and the transform of the employment as well as the enforcement of credit system and so on have affected the students in both ideology and mind and value orientation and so on. Besides, it brings in difficulties to the management idea and mode of students .All of these situations and new problems need the officials of management in institution of higher learning to learn from the experience and explore different management mode in proper. In this paper, Document Retrieval, Comparative Study, and Case Analysis methods are commonly used. Firstly, it analyzes the internality and problems of the student management for China’s colleges, and systematically clears up the evolution process of China’s college students management. Secondly, by analyzing student management mode of different type colleges, it sums up the features, pros & cons and proposes appropriate measures for the student management of research colleges, teaching & research colleges, and teaching colleges using comparative study method; then it makes statement of three colleges by using case analysis method. Finally, against the existing problems of the student management mode of China’s colleges, it puts forward some countermeasures for innovating student management mode of China’s colleges. The suggestion is that student tutors can put emphases on service and guide and build student-core ideology as well as pay attention to the major position of students. The management mode of students can be various. i.e. creating the mode of net for management of students and building densely campus culture atmosphere. Besides, pay much attention to the psychological health development and cultivate the self-management of students and create individual management as well as the dorm-unit management mode of students and so on.更多还原
