【摘要】 本文针对当前农村对信息化的需求,简要介绍了农村信息化、社会主义新农村建设、电信普遍服务等相关理论,通过农村信息化建设的现状剖析、目的认识及策略阐述,论述了农村信息化建设的重要性和迫切性,提出了信息化新农村建设原则及运行模式。本文运用定性与定量的方法对湖南农村现状,以及湖南农村信息化现状进行了综合分析研究,并从信息基础设施、信息资源、信息技术开发及信息综合服务等多个方面阐述了湖南省农村信息化建设状况及发展方向,指出了今后湖南农村信息化建设的目标和任务,并对湖南省农村信息化建设提出了可行性设计方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dissertation in view of the current countryside to the informationization demand, introduced briefly the countryside informationization, the socialism new rural reconstruction, telecommunication universal services and so on the correlation theories, through the countryside informationization construction present situation analysis, the goal knew and the strategy elaborated, elaborated the countryside informationization construction importance and the urgency, proposed the informationization new rural reconstruction principle and the movement pattern.The dissertation utilizes determines the nature of with the quota method to the Hunan countryside present situation, as well as the Hunan countryside informationization present situation has conducted the generalized analysis research, and from the information infrastructure, the information resource, the information technology development and the information integration service and so on many aspects elaborated the Hunan Province countryside informationization construction condition and the development direction, had pointed out the next Hunan countryside informationization construction direction, and proposed the feasibility design proposal to the Hunan Province countryside informationization construction.更多还原
