【摘要】 我国西部幅员辽阔,但由于自然、历史等原因,西部地区的经济社会发展落后于中东部地区。西部作为一个落后地区经济要取得长足和持续的发展,必须依靠高素质的人力资源来支撑。高等职业教育以培养高级技术型人才为主,有助于加快西部地区农村城市化的进程,有利于西部地区经济结构的调整,为西部经济发展打造良好的市场软环境。西部地区经济的发展对高等职业教育又具有反作用,促进或制约着高等职业教育发展的规模和质量,对高等职业教育提出更高的要求。目前,西部地区高等职业教育与经济发展间的关系是不协调的,高等职业教育发展规模不能满足经济发展需求,经济发展水平不能给予高等职业教育物质和资金支持;培养的专业人才在数量和专业上不能满足西部地区经济发展要求,西部地区高等职业教育没有架起科技成果转化成生产力的桥梁等。总的来说是,高等职业教育与经济发展之间没有形成良性互动效应。发达国家和地区的职业教育伴随其工业化进程,己有上百年的发展历史,高职教育已经具有了较深厚的社会基础并产生了广泛和良好的社会影响和经济效应。我国东部和中部地区的高等职业教育发展也已经初具规模,与地区经济的发展也比较协调。这些国家和地区在长期的探索和实践中形成的经验,对西部地区高等职业教育发展以及高职教育与西部地区经济的协调发展有着丰富和深刻的启迪和借鉴作用。针对这些问题,笔者从高等职业教育促进经济发展以及经济发展促进高等职业教育两个方面提出了一些对策,以供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s western region has a vast territory, but due to natural, historical and other reasons, the western region’s economic and social development is lagging behind the mid and eastern region.If the western region’s economy wants to make significant progress and sustained development, it must rely on high-quality human resources to support.Higher vocational education is mainly training top vocational technical personnel,which is helpful to provide manpower support for the western region’s economic takeoff,to accelerate the speed of urbanization,to adjust the economic structure,to create good market environment for the economic development in western region.Economic development is also reactive to the higher vocational education,which promotes or constrains the development of the higher vocational education. Now, the situation of the higher vocational education and economic development in western region is incompatible.The scale of the higher vocational education doesn’t satisfy the demand of economic development,economic level can’t provide equipments and capital to the higher vocational education;the number and the majors of the talents that higher vocational education provides can’t satisfy the economic demand;the higher vocational education in the western region has not connected scientific and technological achievements with productive forces.Overall,they are not interactive with each other.With the process of industrialization of developed countries and regions,vocational education already has a history of more than a century and it has extensive and very good social effects and economic effects. China’s mid and eastern regions’higher vocational education development has begun to take shape,and it is more coordinated with the regional economic development.The experience of these countries and regions in the long-term exploration and practice is the profound lesson for the western region to coordinate the relationship between the higher vocational education and economic development.In view of these problems, the author makes a number of countermeasures for reference from the aspect that higher vocational education and economic development promote each other.更多还原
