WLAN Mesh网络性能测试平台路由模块的设计与实现

【摘要】 无线Mesh网作为一种新型的接入网技术,凭借其组网灵活,适应性强的优点,在近两年得到飞速发展。对无线网络的研究有多种方法,其中一种按照实际应用场景搭建的真实测试平台,由于其测试环境和真实环境相近,所得实验结论也更为真实可靠,因而成为无线网络研究的热点。本文通过对WLAN Mesh网络技术的研究,提出了一个WLAN Mesh网络性能测试平台的设计和实现方案,着重阐述了其路由模块的设计和实现。为此,本文首先介绍了WLAN Mesh网络的网络原理、网络结构及相关技术;接着从逻辑结构和网络结构两个方面给出了WLAN Mesh网络性能测试平台的总体设计,并详细描述了平台的实现方案;然后在对现有路由协议进行研究的基础上,给出了测试平台路由模块的设计,随后阐述了该模块的详细实现方案;最后针对平台的路由协议设计了一系列具体实验,对路由协议的路由发现时间、网络吞吐量等性能进行了测试、分析和比较。

【Abstract】 Wireless mesh network, as a new type of network access technology, progresses rapidly in recent years, due to its flexibility and strong adaptability. At present, there are several approaches for studying wireless mesh network, among which is building real testbed according to actual application scenarios. Real testbed has the advantages of more precise results, more authentic and reliable conclusions, thus becoming one of the hot topics in wireless network research community.After the study of WLAN mesh technology, a scheme of WLAN mesh testbed for performance testing is presented, with emphasis on the design and implementation of the routing module. Therefore, firstly, the principles, architecture and related technologies of WLAN mesh network are introduced, Secondly, the overall framework of WLAN mesh testbed is given in logical structure and network architecture, and the description of its implementation scheme is also given in detail. Thirdly, on the basis of routing protocols study, the paper presents the design of routing module, followed by a detailed solution for its implementation. Finally, the testing, together with analysis and comparison of performance parameters of routing protocols, such as route discovery time, throughput, is illustrated by a suite of concrete experiments designed especially for the routing module of the testbed.
