小灵通网络中基于用户感知的网络优化技术研究

【摘要】 本课题直接来源于目前工作中。随着用户量的上升,部分大中城市的小灵通网络负荷接近饱和,用户感知情况开始恶化。同时中国电信公司从战略投资计划和经营成本核算等方面考虑,不允许再为小灵通网络大量投资。因此,必须在不投资或少投资的前提下,改善小灵通用户的感知度。论文中从资源分析管控和关键指标优化两方面展开了研究,运用了无线资源利用率分析、网络承载能力分析和预测、分等级配置资源等管理方案精确实现了资源分析管控。通过勘查研究,分类解决的方法,改善了热点区域的掉话率指标,通过使用基站延伸器,实现了低话务地区替代性网络覆盖。通过建立数据库,跟踪评估了各区域的用户感知度。经过在全省各地网络普及,有效地提升了小灵通用户感知度。

【Abstract】 The research topic stems from the author’s present work. With the number of the users increasing, the load of the PHS network in part of major cities is approaching saturation point and the users’ sensibility is becoming worse and worse. Moreover, taking the strategic investment plan cost accounting into consideration, CTC has decided not to allow large investment in PHS network. Therefore, we must improve the users’ sensibility with no or little investment.The paper explores the topic from two aspects--resources analysis regulation and key index optimization. By using some management plan such as analyzing the utilization ratio of the wireless communication resources, analyzing and predicting the bearing capacity of the network, divide different network management class, We exact actualized the managing and controlling of resources. By reconnaissance and researching, we improve the connection-drop-rate in the key areas. In the low efficiency area, we use stretcher to replace PHS Cell Station and scouting the users’ sensibility depend on seting up a testing databank. By gain ground these plans in our province, we advanced the users’ sensibility of PHS effectually.
