【摘要】 民营经济是我国非公有制经济的重要组成部分,20多年改革的一个成果是民营企业的崛起,其对我国GDP的贡献比例正逐年提高。中国加入WTO后,民营企业将迎来新一轮大发展的机遇,21世纪民营企业在我国经济发展中将发挥巨大作用,而其获得的金融支持远远不够。种种迹象表明,民营企业融资难制约着我国民营经济乃至整个国民经济的进一步发展,也制约着中国金融业自身的健康发展。民营企业融资难的原因中既有外部因素,也有民营企业自身管理存在的问题。解决民营企业融资困难需要政府在政策、法规上的支持,需要金融部门的机制创新,开拓更多的金融服务领域,更需要民营企业自身加强管理,提高资信程度。本文拟从以下几个方面来分析民营企业的融资与发展的关系。首先,对论文范围内探讨的民营企业概念进行界定,并从民营经济在国民经济中的地位、民营经济的发展需要两个方面,来论证拓宽民营企业融资渠道的必要性。其次,阐述我国民营企业的融资环境和融资现状。再次,从政策因素、贷款机构因素和企业自身因素分析,分别找出造成民营企业融资现状的原因。最后,研究当前解决民营企业融资困难的对策,借鉴WTO成员国的经验,在新的形势下,从六个方面进行民营企业融资途径的创新,力求尽快地畅通民营企业融资渠道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The private-owned enterprises is an important part of Non-public ownership system economy in our country. The growth of the private-owned enterprises is the result of more than 20-years’ reform. The proportion of the of the private-owned enterprises’ contribution to our country is higher and higher year by year. The private-owned enterprises will gain the opportunity of new development since china joins WTO. The private-owned enterprises will play the important role in our country economic development in the 21st century. But it is very insufficient that the private-owned enterprises obtained the financial supporting. All sorts of signs indicated that the private enterprise finances difficult restricted our private-owned economy even the entire national economy further development, also restricted Chinese financial industry owned its healthy development.The reasons of the private-owned enterprises finances not only have outside factors, also have the management question of the private-owned enterprises. The solution method needs the government supporting in its policy, laws and regulations. It needs the innovation of the financial department system, developing more financial service domain. It also needs the private-owned enterprises enhance its own management and credit degree.This article will draw up analyzing the relationship between the private-owned enterprises financing and its development from following aspects Firstly, this article will limit the concept of the private-owned enterprises, and prove the necessity of the opening up the channel of the private-owned enterprises financing from the position of the private-owned enterprises in the national economy status and the demand of the private-owned economic development. Secondly, this article will elaborate the financing environment and the present situation of the private-owned enterprises in our country. Thirdly, this article will find out the reason what lead the private-owned enterprises financing to the present situation from the analysis of the policy, the organization and the enterprise factor. Finally, this article will research the solution to solve the difficult of the private-owned enterprises financing.
