沥青试样压实力数字控制器研制

【摘要】 随着Superpave沥青混合料设计法在我国公路工程中的广泛应用,制备Superpave沥青混合料试样所使用的旋转压实仪得到了越来越多的关注。本文研究内容为旋转压实仪数字控制器的研制,重点是对热沥青混合料试样压实力闭环控制系统进行了研究,主要作了如下两部分工作:一是对压力控制系统采用分析法和实验数据相结合的方法进行了建模和仿真,提出了模糊自整定PID和常规PID相结合的控制方法,在参数确定的基础上经Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了其可行性。二是数字控制器的硬件和软件设计。采用美国TI公司生产的TMS320LF2407 DSP作为数字控制器的核心CPU,完成了整个控制器的硬件设计;利用汇编语言完成了控制器脉冲发送子模块、显示子模块、压力控制算法子模块等软件设计。为了使系统运行稳定、可靠,硬件、软件均采取了抗干扰措施。本文研究的价值在于利用粘弹性理论尝试了对具有非线性、时变等特性的被控对象即热沥青混合料的数学模型的建立,并通过试验数据预测了参数值,获得了压实过程中的具体数学模型。同时提出了实用而简单易行的控制方法,并进行了硬件、软件系统的实现,为今后进一步研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Base on the application of the Superpave asphalt mix design method in the highway project all over the country, the gyratory compactor used for the fabrication speciments of the Superpave asphalt mix has been getting more and more attention.This research is about the design of the digital controller for the gyratory compactor. The main work of the research is the closed loop control of the compression force of the asphalt mix, and completed the followings:First, using the experiments’ data and the analysis method, the model of the compression force control system has been built and some simulation has been done. The new control algorithm ,which combines the traditional PID and the fuzzy self-adjusting PID, is proposed, and base on the simulation, the algorithm is verified to be right.Second, the hardware and software of the digital controller are designed. The core CPU is selected as the TMS320LF2407 which is manufactured by the Texas Instruments company in the hardware. The submodule such as impulsing, displaying and compression force controlling are accomplished with the assembly in the software. The effectual measures on anti-interference are taken in hardware and software for the stability and reliability of the system.The value of this paper is to make an attempt at building a mathematical model of the asphalt mix which is nonlinear and time-variation based at the visco-elasticity theory, the value of the parameters are predicted by the experiments and the mathematical model of the compact processing is presented.a control system which is practical and easily implemented is put forward and .it is a good peparation for future research.
