工业污水处理过程控制与建模研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的高速发展,环境保护已经是一个突出的需要重视的问题。污水处理在环境保护中又是一个最重要的环节。同时随着计算机技术和我国污水处理工程迅速发展,对污水处理过程自动化程度要求不断提高,利用先进的控制技术和设备对污水处理过程进行监控是非常必要的。同时,由于污水过程的高度非线性、进水流量等参数随机变化很大以及生物传感器的缺乏,使一些重要变量(例如生物需氧量和化学需氧量)还没有成熟的经济的在线测量设备,这样对污水处理过程进行建模的研究就有着重要的意义。本文以无锡某工厂污水处理系统为背景展开,开发设计了一套基于工业以太网和PROFIBUS总线的污水处理自控系统。控制系统的设计分为三个部分:电气部分:根据污水处理工艺要求设计了设备的电气控制线路,主要包括设备的启停控制、状态指示、故障处理以及系统信号的采集。PLC程序的开发:确定了各个分系统控制要求,首先对各个分系统进行编程,在进行整体的程序调试。上位机监控软件WinCC的开发:按照污水处理流程开发了污水处理设备的监控画面,建立了设备控制操作画面、设备状态监视画面、水质参数的数据库及水质参数的实时曲线。开发了用于报警监控的报警界面完成了系统实时报警功能,实现了全厂生产报表的自动生成与打印功能。对每一个界面都有其图形设计画面和运行画面,完全利用了WinCC的强大组态功能,更加方便了对污水处理厂的监控。最后用基于支持向量机的软测量技术解决污水处理过程中出水水质参数的难测问题。将软测量技术应用于污水处理过程,建立出水水质参数的软测量模型,以解决水质参数只能通过人工化验来确知的问题,最终实现出水水质的预测。本文以实际的污水处理过程的测量数据在MATLAB环境下进行了仿真,说明此种方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the high speed development of our country’s economy, the environmental protection is already an outstanding problem which needs more attention. Wastewater treatment is the most important link in the environmental protection. In the meantime with the quick development of the computer technique and the wastewater treatment in our Country, the demand upon the automation of wastewater treatment is rising all the while. Making use of the advanced control technique and equipments to supervise and control wastewater treatment is very necessary.In the meantime, because of the strong nonlinear of wastewater treatment, the many varieties of random parameters as input flux and the lack of biologic sensor, there isn’t mature and cheap online measurement. The modeling research of wastewater treatment is very important now.This dissertation is about a wastewater treatment factory in Wuxi, designs a set of wastewater treatment control system based on industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS. The control system has three parts:Electric part: design the electricity control circuit based on the process flow of wastewater treatment, includes on-off control, parameter display,fault handle and signal collection. PLC program: first assure the request of each control sub-system, and programme it, secondly debug the program of the whole system.Develop the Customer software with WinCC: develop the supervision interface of wastewater treatment, establish the database of equipment operation, equipment running state and water quality parameter and display the real-time curve of water quality. The alarm picture of monitor and control accomplished the function of real-time alarm,automatic generation and printing the reports of the whole factory. Every interface has developed designing picture and running picture.Through use the great configuration abilities of WinCC, supervise of wastewater treatment factory conveniently.Lastly, through use the soft sensor technique based on SVM, deal with the difficulty of the test of output water quality parameter. Apply soft sensor model to predict wastewater treatment process, establish the soft sensor model of output water quality parameters which are only tested manually before. This dissertation uses real wastewater treatment process data to simulate with Matlab software .The result shows the availability of this method.
