【摘要】 在城市生态环境面临严峻危机的背景下，生态城市是城市发展的时代要求和必然趋势。随着生态城市建设的开展，需要推出许多新的规划编制要求、规范、标准和指标，对传统的城市规划途径提出了挑战，迫切要求城市规划向生态化转型。本文对实现生态城市的规划途径进行了深入的探讨，并针对中国城市生态环境的现状，结合中国城市规划体系，探索了实现中国生态城市的规划途径。首先，回顾生态城市的理论、生态城市的评价指标体系、国内外生态城市的规划建设与规划途径研究动态，总结了生态城市发展的5个阶段、生态城市的主要理论研究内容、生态城市的评价体系特征、国内外生态城市建设规划内容，以及规划途径的研究内容。其次，运用SPSS等数据软件，归纳了6个中国区域生态类型，分析了各区域中的城市生态环境现状问题。并且分别阐述了国内生态城市的建设进程、规划特征和各自的问题。第三，进行生态城市的规划途径理论研究。解释规划途径的涵义，定义其核心与外延，指出其特征，分析规划途径对生态城市建设的意义，并介绍了国内外生态城市规划途径在理论、设计、技术等三个方面的分项研究状况。第四，分析实现中国生态城市的特色规划途径，包括理念、系统框架、设计内容与标准、技术手段与实施政策等内容。第五，以上海建设生态型城市的规划标准研究为案例，具体分析实现生态城市规划途径中的重要方面——规划设计标准的制定方法与内容。并在总结全文研究内容的基础上，就进一步工作的方向进行了简要的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiencing rapid growth in urbanization and industrialization, the cities around world face many serious ecological crises, while ecocity is one of the best city forms to solve the problems, so a campaign of ecocity development is currently being spread out in both industrial and developing countries. The development of ecocities compels the ecologization of urban planning.The present thesis discussed the planning approaches of ecocities on the basis of ecocity theories, and established several kinds of planning approaches to develop ecocities in China by analyzing the status of the urban ecological environment and integrated with the urban planning systems.First, the thesis reviewed on the theories, evaluation systems, development and planning of international ecocities, and the main researches on planning approaches. Thus it concluded the five phases of the ecocity evolution, the contents of the theoretic research, the characters of ecocity evaluation systems, the main aspects of ecocity development and planning, and the contents of the planning approaches research.Second, Chinese regions were divided into six ecological types by using SPSS, and then the problems of the urban ecology in the regions were analyzed. The courses of the Chinese ecocity development, the characters of the Chinese ecocity planning, and problems of the both two were also analyzed.Third, the thesis explained the definition of planning approaches, pointed out their significance to ecocity developments, and introduced the international researches on the theories, designs and technologies of ecocity planning approaches. Fourth, the thesis established the planning approaches of Chinese ecocities, including the principles, system frame, contents and standards of planning and designs, technologies and implement policies.Finally, the planning standards of Ecocity-Shanghai were raised as an example to explain the methods of making ecocity planning standards.In the end, the contents of future researches were briefly discussed.更多还原
