白车身生产线流程优化与平衡分析研究

【摘要】 白车身生产工艺复杂,所需生产线资源种类繁多、数量庞杂。对生产线资源的配置情况直接关系到整条生产线规划功能的实现与效率。但是目前国内大多数汽车生产企业进行白车身资源规划所使用的手段和设计理念还比较落后,所以,提出科学、合理的资源配置方法是非常必要和迫切的。本研究在分析了国内外相关技术的基础上,通过对帕萨特B5白车身生产线各种工艺数据的整理分析,针对白车身生产线的特点和规划要求,结合工艺规划流程的实际,提出了一种新的生产线资源规划思路,并通过分析影响资源分配数量的诸多因素,运用马尔可夫链的理论,对在特定产能批量约束条件下所需制造资源的数量建立了预测模型。在理论分析的基础上,本研究完成了白车身生产线资源规划系统的开发,实现了软件的预期功能:资源查询,资源数量预测,资源分配,生产线平衡分析,资源分配情况调整。最后,用实例验证了生产线资源规划系统的可行性和适用性。本文对于改善白车身生产线规划方式具有重要的实践意义,对设计新的生产线也有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The car body-in-white (BIW) manufacturing process is very complicated, and numerous kinds of production resource are concerned. So the configuration of the production resource affects directly the quality and efficiency of the assembly line. But the measures and theories used by most domestic car makers are comparatively behind the times, so it is necessary and urgent to present a scientific and reasonable method.Based on the analysis of correlative technologies at home and abroad, the PASSAT B5 assembly line technical data and functional demands had been analyzed, and then a new planning method was developed. On the basis of this, the influencing factors on resource quantities and the validity of Markov Chain were analyzed, and then a resource quantities forecast model was established.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the "BIW Production Resource Planning System" was developed and the scheduled functions were realized. These functions include: searching production resource、 forecasting resource quantities、 assigning resource、 analyzing the assembly line balance and so on. At last, the theoretical correctness and feasibility of the system were proved by cases.The research has not only important practice significance on improving the method of BIW assembly planning system but also a certain referenced value to design a new production line.
